We stayed here for a week skiing and thought it was brilliant value for money! The hotel had a lovely cosy atmosphere as you walked in and so many different places to relax and chill in the evenings. We played snooker and cards while listening to the excellent singer and pianist there. They really went the extra mile to create...

Just returned from a ski holiday staying at The Grand Hotel. Room was lovely, lots of space and cupboards with large bathroom. The staff were very attentive. The Grand Hotel has plenty of social seating areas with a very nice bar which provided great appetisers when ordering pre dinner drinks. Choice of breakfast extensive with fresh omelettes made on request.

Sestriere itself is lovely and the skiing was great. Hotel was the let down. Rooms were ok but not 4*. Evening buffet was terrible which forced us to eat out after the 3rd night. Waitress and bar staff friendly but inefficient and over worked. Receptionist staff very poor and not interested in fixing issues. Very noisy nightclub which kept my...

This is a lovely hotel, we spent 5 nights here on a Crystal Ski holiday. After I had booked, I read some reviews which gave me cause for concern, however on the contrary we had a superb time. The hotel is bigger than I have stayed in before, the Spa was the best I have seen in a ski resort....

We have just got back from a 5 day stay as part of a Crystal Package. Lots of niggly problems like mountain view room was view of road and apartment blocks, double bed instead of twins...which they sorted...shuttle bus not arriving, jacuzzi cold, restaurant so cold most people wore their coats to dinner, etc. But the biggest issue was the...

My wife and I have had two stays at this hotel, both have been good. Food very good and the staff are very friendly and very eager to help in anyway. The mini bus service from the hotel down to the slopes and back again runs very smoothly and the bar and wellness centre are very good.

A nicely appointed hotel only a 10 minute walk from the Cit Roc chair and the centre of Sestriere. The hotel provides a mini-bus to and from the main chairs and gondolas out of Sestriere. Don't expect to be the only people wanting to use this facility at 9am as the hotel is quite large. Rooms were comfortable and just...

Hotel is in a location with a number of positives, however, the food in the hotel is quite poor, not great deal of choice and what there is is not hot. The rooms are comfy and spacious, staff are friendly and helpful and there is a good shuttle bus service to the lifts. When we were there we all were...
