Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Unfortunately I can't recommend this hotel since they add unwanted "travel precaution" to a booking. We made a booking of over €25k and they added (without asking for it) an insurance which apparently is only valid within the hotel of €4 pppn. If we didn't want this we had to cancel this (that is what they told us after we noticed this on the final receipt). Clearly we should have carefully read the small print, but since we have been before there we supposed we could trust this hotel. Aside that, please keep in mind that they charge €4 per bottle of TAP water! So no, I would recommend you to find a fair hotel!

We had a really nice stay. Staff are amazing and food delicious. The wellness and spa are highly recommended. Hiking in the mountains is a must. Hope for the possibility to have a glass of prosecco or other drinks in the outdoor jacuzzi when I am coming next year.

I absolutely LOVE this place; the hotel was great!!! The location is perfect - for skiers the slopes are right outside the skii room. It’s walking distance to the Ski school, rooms are very clean. Staff are very nice and kind; special thanks to Camilla- I think she’s a star and the kind of staff any hotel would want to have. Food was DELICIOUS!!! Compliments to the Chef. It was very nice to meet Lucca and his mother; both very nice persons that make you feel at home and welcomed. The Spa was very nice; I had a wonderful facial and again by a very professional staff. There are yoga/pilate classes at 8:30 am on Tuesdays and Thursdays for people like me who don’t ski. Our room had a beautiful view of the slopes. I hope to come back soon.

The rooms were clean and with an extra touch of kindness. Really liked the service. Easy to get the best dinner ever even if I'm very allergic (had a long list :-) ). Perfect location close to the nature. Feel like home

We are visiting this hotel for more than 10 years. Every year some surprises appear. This year a big one: the restaurant and 2 floors from the old hotel have a new modern look! Have to congratulate the Owner for the effort. Most of the staff are friendly and happy to help the guests. Hopefully the new reception team will follow the hotel team once they will become more experienced.

The ideal location of the hotel on the slope, but will not used it at the end of the season. The hotel is equipped with everything what should have. Especially fitness and wellness is very good established. The rooms are spacious, some of them are equipped with a private infrasauna. Every day cleaning. Breakfast is served in the standard quality for this level of hotel. I've been expecting more from the quality of meals served for dinner. I lacked a more pronounced taste, typical of Italy and more fantasy. The hotel owner is very friendly and helpfull. Like all hotel staff. All of our requirements were solved to our satisfaction

The first stay at this hotel and the second one in Solda. Very convenient place to stay even for a long time. Well organized business with very friendly staff. For us the cuisine was just exceptional! Many thanks to the chef! Rationally organized relax zones to meet the most of guests wishes. We’ll definitely want to come again!

We spent the last week of August in the hotel, family with 2 children. Hotel is well located at the crossroad of trails, walks to the mountains and close the center of Solda. The hotel offers a great view of the beautifull mountains around. We occupied a suite that hosted us perfectly: large bedrooms, extra comfortable beds, super badroom, terrance and tv room. The room, that was in the little tower of the hotel, offers a spectacular wooden ceiling. Dinner and breakfast were up to our best expectations. Dinner is organized in three menus (including a vegetarian-vegan one quite complete and sophisticated so NO pasta al pesto and grilled vegetables :-)) but it was also possible to make up your own menu choosing dishes from the 3 menus. Food is well prepared, great ingridients, quality and expert presentation. Great salad buffet that changes every evening. Super breakfast, extremely complete: fresh fruits, possibility to prepare your own juice or vegetables/fruit extract, crepes, omlette, cheeses, charcuterie, breads of many kinds, speck, etc. Everything was there. We had a great stay and a beautifull holiday. A special thank to Mattias and Anderson that made our stay even greater with their kindness and professionalism. Only suggestion I might have relates to the wellness area that is very complete with beautifull swimming pool, jacuzi, saunas and turkishbad but eventually needs little interventions to make it really great such as real apples instead of plastic oranges or tisana/thee instead of bottles with scirop for the fresh water. Again, good wellness area that can be great with very little It'd be great to get back soon

We were here during Easter Holidays. Lovely hotel with great staff , very helpful and friendly. Clean - very clean. Spacious rooms , they would have been more spacious without the kitchinette. Fantastic breakfast (fresh orange juice , high quality bread , variety cheese - charcuterie - eggs - marmelade) . We had half board and the evening dinner was great high end kitchen. 2 remarks - often the main dish was too dry (probably warm keeper was wrongly set - dried out meat and fish). Great wine menu but rather expensive (20 - 40€). A good housewine at good price was missing. Great spa with pool , jacuzzi and Spa treatments ... Again clean and very professional. Great hotel bar , outside lunch possible. Private parking. Ski bus stops in front hotel. Ski piste next to hotel. Ski rental in front of hotel. Village just 5' walking. For non skiers a lot of sightseeing and nice walking in the area. This is a quiet very family oriented area and hotel , not for those looking after ski parties. We just loved it. Thanks for the great staff !
