We stayed here one night as we were winding up,our 5 1/2 week trip. The hotel is simple, not luxury, but comfort. The room was too warm so we opened our balcony door. We had a sea view, table and two, chairs on the balcony. A nice place to watch the sun go,down and enjoy our wine before going out to... More

A study in contrasts - the night clerk (when we checked in) was clueless and incompetent, whereas the morning clerk (when we left) was radiant and helpful. The room was poor - massive light leakage, no working AC (very hot and stuffy in the room), narrow bathroom with a phone booth for a shower stall - but the breakfast was... More

We spent 5 nights at the Grand Hotel Palace and were very pleased. The price was reasonable (booked online at a good rate) and the room fine. Is it luxurious? No, but the bed was comfortable, we had a lovely balcony with a view of the water and mountain, and temple, the bathroom (shower room) was small but adequate (and... More

Location is the only thing you pay for. Internet 3 euros per hour. Breakfast full of jams and cookies. The bread was from the day before. Cheap ham, no cheeses. Cornettos from the supermarket. This hotel should have 1 star.

We have been happy to meet the owner Sig.Carlo Capelli more than once when we were their last summer. He was usually sitting in a chair on the porch in the evening. He told us a lot about the history of the place and the places around, with very profound knowledge of the history and a lot of other things.... More

The hotel is located right by the beach with a 10 min walking distance to the old town. The rooms are clean and the standard is ok. However, paying about 150€ night I would at least expect free wifi or free towels for the beach - things you kind of take for granted. The hotel might need a upgrade. Breakfast... More

Hello, We spent a week in July 2013 in this special hotel. Lovely atmosphere, great people, and the standard was enough to feel relaxed and comfortable during hot weather. The beach is really opposite the hotel, with the opportunity to swim, play volleyball or go for a boat trip. And the town had concerts and festivals during this time, so... More

We stayed as guests of a friend so I can't comment on the value for money. The location is pretty good, moments away from the hotel's own (overpriced) beach, another private beach with good facilities, and the pretty decent free beach, as well as one of the main roads, Via Roma, which has plenty of nice cafes and shops. The... More

Excellent service. We felt welcome from the first minute. The hotel is on the beach with their own private part of the beach, and at the same time almost in the center of the city, close to everything. As a Norwegian family, we really liked the stay at this hotel, nice and low stress. Everybody, the director, reception crew, cleaning... More

This hotel had its glory days in the 80th. We were welcomed by a receptionist whom spoke English ( and Russian). We did not get any particular information about the hotel facilities nor about what to see in Terracina or where would be nice to eat. This information we got from a gentleman at a coffee bar. He even gave... More
