We were there for the second time. Everything was just right. Very nice rooms with a balcony and a view of Merano. The apartment we had was also spacious and nicely furnished. The breakfast buffet is exceptionally varied - sausage, cheese, fruit and fresh vegetables. Nothing is left to be desired. Soft-boiled eggs or scrambled or fried eggs (with ham or bacon if you wish) are freshly prepared. The atmosphere is warm there. We will definitely come back.

Very accommodating host couple! Nothing was left to be desired! Our needs regarding our dog Nikki were responded to very promptly and flexibly! That's what you call customer service!

We stayed two nights and were satisfied. Large, clean rooms with a beautiful view (ours). Pleasant swimming pool and freely accessible sauna area. Wonderful breakfast, varied and everything of high quality, both sweet and savory. The only flaw is the underfloor cooling which is not as good as air conditioning.

The hotel and staff have not deteriorated at all even after many years. Jasmin and Rene have time to talk and listen to everything, thank you for the lovely time👌.

Fantastic Hotel! You should go for breakfast alone, what an experience! So much choice and so beautifully laid out, what a picture just to look at. Wonderful beds, nice heated swimming pool. We were in the apartment and also in a room. Really wonderful, a real holiday. We would love to come back here again!
