We loved it, very friendly staff, room was clean, location is perfect, we loved the breakfasts though walked in to town for our evening meal. Kayaks were used (free) and we enjoyed having the windsurfing school next door

I stayed here for a week from 8th September to the 14th. I usually stay at the Villa Franco but decided on this one because my mother was coming and when I went on my windsurf board my mother could watch from the beach and have a cocktail. This hotel has a windsurf school and hire centre connected to the...

Excellent service for friendliness and courtesy. City bikes always avaliable. Surfs, canoas, mountain bikes just next side. Inviting peeble beach in front. Cycling/jogging routes practically across. In afternoon the southern wind strongly blowing through the lobby and the dark blue glittering surface of the lake is visible from any point. Pool and gym are not really excellent but the hotel...

In the course of a two-week tour around the Alps and the Italian and French Riviera, my son and I agreed that Lido Blu was by far our favorite hotel. We found no fault with it at all. On the contrary, we were happily surprised to discover that this hotel provided absolutely everything that we desired to make our time...

There are hundreds maybe thousands of hotels around Lake Garda but few have the excellent position of this hotel. A brisk 10 minute walk from the centre of Torbole with all its bars and cafes and situated on the lake front our lake view room on the second floor has a magnificent view looking South towards Malcesine and Limone. A...

I found Torbole to be a hip little windsurfing town and Lido Blu is the perfect hotel if you are looking to windsurf since the facility is right next door. The room was comfortable and our view was great. I could step out of my balcony and watch my husband windsurfing. The price was also reasonable for Italy. We were...

This was my first time in the northern part Lake Garda and absolutely loved it! The scenery is spectacular and there is so much to do if you're looking for an active sightseeing holiday. We went here after season (early october) it was very windy and no sun, but as this hotel is right next to a surf school (with...

Stayed here last year and was impressed enough to come back. Several improvements lunch menus for example otherwise the same good standard of crisp service, cleanliness and cuisine that we thoroughly enjoyed last time. The main pull has to be the direct access to the lake and the windsurfer friendly environment. We will almost certainly come again if possible.

We just came back form our 8th or 9th stay at Lido Blu. If you love windsurfing and want to enjoy Northern Garda, then Torbole is the place to be and Lido Blu is the place to stay in Torbole. It is the only hotel in Torbole directly on the lake (with its own beach) and, moreover, it has a...

“Although in the peak summer the rooms must get very hot, the view from the lake view rooms is the one of the best on Lake Garda.”

“When the nights were windy there was something loose on the roof outside which made it very hard to sleep without earplugs, so either bring your own (as the hotel don't have any) or ask for a room on the 1st floor as you could not hear it from there. Also bring conditioner as there aren't any in the rooms and it is very expensive from the local supermarkets. And if you're used to soft pillows you might want to bring your own but if you like them hard and high-ish you'll love them. On the "spa" there is no spa but there is a pool inside which is quite cold but beautiful view to the water and if you want to use the sauna which fits around 2-3 people- let it heat up for around 40mins before using it.”
