This hotel is fantastic!
The staff at the Falky kids club is amazing, very friendly and took great care of our daughter. Special thanks to Salvatore, Elena, and Martina :)
The staff at the restaurants is extremely helpful and the food is really good.
The rooms are cleaned twice a day and even the view of the "partial sea view rooms" is breathtaking!!
A must go in sardinia!

We thoroughly enjoyed our last minute booking within a small window of opportunity during these Covid times. We were well impressed with staff, wearing face masks at all times and frequently using hand gels which were available at several places in the hotel.

The yoga in mornings and evenings outside were special, and quite a few other guests became regulars during this week. The food was great, great choice, good quality and friendly service. Rooms were well cleaned. Only minor was the slight smell with some specific winds.
We enjoyed our balcony at sundowners and enjoyed eating outside in the evenings.
All well maintained and super friendly staff. Am sure we will be back again!

This review is definitely a 5 star experience. From the minute we walked in and registered with the reception (Gianluca) and bell staff to the amazing staff at the restaurant (Daniela, Filiippo, everyone single person), to the helpful housekeeping, everyone was friendly, warm, and truly welcoming. I am super picky about rooms and our family room was a bit smaller than I had hoped, but well kept, modern with charm and very clean. Most importantly the bathrooms were modern and clean. We stayed with our two little girls (4 & almost 2) and they had a blast with the pools, kids club, animals, activities, etc. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Tennis courts, soccer, playground and lots of space for kids to safely run around. They even had donkeys and goats for the kids to pet in one corner.
The private beach was beautiful, a bit rocky so do bring your children some swim shoes. My only minor wish was there was a lot of driftwood pieces on the sand, it would have been better for the kids to play in the sand if those were cleaned up.
Every dinner was amazing, plenty of seafood, pasta, vegetables, grilled meats, and dessert options.

We rented a car and were able to explore some local beaches as well. Porto Giunco was a top fav! I would recommend having a car if you are staying a week so you can see the local beautiful city and beaches.

Overall the visit at the hotel was simply amazing and the staff made the experience exceptional!
We would come back in a heartbeat!

Price and quality is not a complete match. This is not a 5-star hotel and certainly not a "premium"
I will say that for that kind of money, on the coast of Italy, you can find hotels of much higher quality and service. For a couple without children, apart from the programme of daily activities provided by the hotel, there is not much to do around/ is complicated to do.
Once, my husband and I wanted to go to the club, but at night the taxi does not work here, and the hotel could not provide us with transportation.
Negative moments
Very dirty beach. All the sand is in dried algae.

At the entrance to the sea, the first two meters strong sewage smell.

Lack of wine on the wine list. We were 10 days, and during this time, we could not even once order champagne that actually was shown in the wine list.

Lack of responsibility of the staff. My husband and I had an anniversary and in the evening I ordered at the reception to bring us to our room at 9 a.m. 2 glasses of Prosecco and a plate of fruit. Everything was confirmed to me. We wanted to start our important day a little more special, but in the morning at 9:25 am I called the reception to say that they had not brought us an order and I asked to cancel it, since we did not have time. My mood was ruined, because no one even said "sorry".

Positive moments
Friendly staff. Especially the guys on the beach. They will always provide extra towels and offer a sun beds closer to the sea.
The food is good, but it gets boring in 10 days. Little variety.
I would also like to thank either the chef, (in a dark gray uniform), a man who is not indifferent to guests and tries to do the best for them, and one of the waiters (Nicolò), he was trying is best in terms of skills and effort and only thanks to him we got our desired bottle of champagne
Good cleaning in the rooms.

The stay at the Falkensteiner Capo Boi was simply a dream and the expectations were exceeded from the beginning.
Everything started with a VIP transfer from the airport to the beautiful hotel complex, on arrival the team immediately took care of us, the suitcases were immediately brought to the room and the reception took care of all wishes.

The Arabian/Mediterranean style room was spacious and comfortable.

The hotel facilities offer what you would expect from a 5 star resort. Large pools, various restaurants, saunas.

What further enhances the already beautiful hotel is the Kento Restaurant right on the hotel's own beach.

As a parting gift, I bought my girlfriend the Capo Boi Essence, which will reflect the scent of this wonderful place to us at home.

Capo Boi we will be back soon,
Thank you again for everything

It’s our second visit and we absolutely loved it. The hotel is set in a pristine bay in a marine protected area, I saw dozens of species when our snorkelling in the bay including a squid and star fish. All the staff were incredible and always did anything possible to try to help in any way they could, I had a 18 month old at the time so much appreciated the initiative. (Bea the lifeguard at Giuliano at the beach bar were both fantastic, so helpful, knowledgeable and polite)

The food at night was great. My only suggestion is to have more than one chef to fillet the BBQ fish in evening to avoid the ques forming. There was a super selection of fresh food every night, of course Lobster night was our particular favourite!

The kids club and kids night entertainment is fab, our little bit of 6 made lots of friends and sometimes stayed up to 10pm playing football with his new international friends.

The singers and evening entertainers were all (maybe apart from 1) excellent

Can’t wait to to go back for a 3rd time

I highly recommend hiring a boat from the hotel to explore the coast and go diving in the crystal clear waters of nearby bays which can only be reached by boat. Also some fabulous beach bars and restaurants that you can swim over to!

We have stayed for a period of 10 days at Falkensteiner Capo Boi. The place is just lovely. Several pools which are especially nice for children up to the age of 10. Very safe, not to deep, we could really relax knowing that our 5 year old was able to swim and play safely. Beach is calm and safe as well for children, fun for snorkeling and see some fish. Excellent dinner and breakfast buffet, especially dinner is well varied. Staff is very friendly, we were very well served by Marcello who in fact spoke Dutch as well:)

The animation program is great for children, our kids particularly loved the Falky Disco which is at 9pm every night. Also for adults the hotel has fun activities to offer such as (beach) tennis, (beach) soccer, beach volleybal, yoga and aqua jogging. Our oldest two (10 and 8 yo) went for an introduction scuba dive in the sea after they followed a demo course in the pool here at the hotel. They loved it!

The only thing we were dissatisfied with is the room. We stayed in a family villa and found the room to be smaller than expected with very little storage places, a few malfunctioning furniture elements and a general look and feel that didn’t align with the price and the level of comfort that the rest of the resort provides.

Overall, we had a great time at Falkensteiner Capo Boi!

This was the most terrible hotel experience of our life (and we have traveled the world).
It all started with the request to settle the account upon our arrival which is rather unusual. After a few days we realized that this was probably the only way to avoid cancellations due to the poor service offered.
After our arrival at 2 pm we wanted to have lunch. The beach restaurant didn’t look very inviting as most of the tables were dirty and -since the kitchen was already closed- could offer only some sandwiches, and only because we insisted.
The beach is rather small and doesn’t provide space for all guests. In order to maximize the space, umbrellas and sun beds are very close so there is no private space. If you want to secure a post you have to get up rather early because by 9 am all sun beds were taken (covered with towels).
The worst part was the service at the main restaurant. It always took forever to get your ordered drinks and the dishes were rarely cleaned during dinner. Don’t expect your morning coffee to arrive while you still have breakfast, our waiting time record was 31 minutes and we only got the coffee because we threatened the staff to go to kitchen and collect it ourselves. I wonder what we could have discovered there. They were completely understaffed and highly disorganized, any provincial osteria provides a ten times better service.
The same applies to reception. The best answer we got was: Can you pls. go to the kitchen yourself, I’m currently busy.
The structure is decent and the best part is probably the kids service with lots of motivated young guys.
Services like a pizza restaurant or a gelateria during the day are also nice and definitely appreciated. However for the price they charge, any 3 star hotel is a better option.

Thank you for such a wonderful stay! We arrived at this beautiful hotel and were given a stunning seafront room with a huge terrace directly overlooking the beach and sea. Truly breathtaking view! The room was absolutely fantastic with beautiful decor and the best bathroom I’ve seen in many many 5 star hotels around the world. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The food well just wow! We had a fabulous breakfast and dinner in the restaurant, it really was the best. The pools were fabulous and towels and sun beds all available. The spa was also gorgeous. We really did thoroughly enjoy our stay and highly recommend this wonderful 5 star hotel.

This was one of two hotels we visited in Sardinia after 3years of no family holidays abroad, and it did not disappoint at all!

The grounds are exquiste! The reception area is very well designed and team very polite.

We were torn between a garden family suite, or sea view suite, and even though the cost difference was a leap, we chose sea view and it was definitely a great decision! The views were just mouth watering.

I will just let my pictures do the talking scenic-wise.

There was a great selection of buffet food during breakfast (even a fresh juicing section) and dinner with a lovely layout. We have dietary restrictions, but found there was always something on offer and they clearly laid out the allergens for each and every dish. They even made freshly baked choco-coconut vegan muffins for breakfast :D

The beach area was small but gorgeous with a mixture of fine to coarse sand, and some boulders for adventurous climbers.

The kids pool was freezing but lovely with a little slide and was located near the large outdoor playground. There was also a mini farm-like area opposite with some donkeys and goats which were fun to feed, and donkeys sometimes let out on the main grounds to safely graze. They also put out a bouncy castle from time to time.

The beach restaurant had a lovely interior and wonderful views. We ended up getting room service mostly, which had a bit of a room service charge whacked on (I think €5), but nicely presented and didnt have to wait too long each time (considering we were at the far end of the hotel).

The room had a nice design, and was tidy (did I mention the beautiful views?), but there are a few hard surfaces, so would need to keep a close eye on toddlers/babies.

Jessica on the reception desk assisted us with queries and was just generally lovely to talk to.

They also had a high standard of musical entertainment in the evenings which we listened to from our balcony under the night stars (the Sinatra tribute/Jazz man was excellent).

Simply wonderful! :D

Edited for photos.

Hi, we were at Falkensteiner Capo Boi last October. Most everything is outside, appropriately, and we recall that there is a bar on the left side of the outside dining area as you are walking out of the hotel towards the sea. Being a resort, there are other ways to get a drink, including by the pool and a semi-indoor place next to the beach that doubles as a lunch place. I don't know the hours of these, however.
