My wife and I visited Lagnakeil for 2 nights with our 2 dogs in March 2017. We stayed in the Ash Lodge which was an ideal size. Lodge was well equipped and very clean. The views from the site were amazing as well as being only a short drive from Oban and ideally situated for exploring the area. On arrival...

Short stay at Lagnakeil. We were made to feel very welcome on checking in, shown to our lodge and shown round. Great communication via email with the owner when booking, very obliging. We had a very relaxing break within ten minutes of Oban. We didn't take advantage of the activities in the surrounding areas but it's within reach of lots...

Disappointed by the cottage itself which is a large Mobil home and even more by the absence of view. This cottage, the first from the entrance, would better become the reception or the playroom. The location is green and quiet and the tenants did their best to solve a water drain significant issue (now solved). Oban is great place.

Just back from a fantastic weekend here. My friend, her daughter and my 2 dogs had such a lovely time. Log cabin was perfect and very clean. Owners were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend, thank you for allowing dogs.

The Lagnakeil Highland Lodges are certainly a must for any traveller looking to relax and recharge those batteries. Set in peaceful surroundings on the outskirts of Oban. It's a great place for anybody wanting to explore the islands. The only setback was having to venture out for food off site. But the accommodation was clean. And the facilities were like...

Overpriced, sub standard, dirty, shabby accommodation with inadequate facilities and broken wardrobes, coupled with an overpowering smell of animal urine .... dreadful. Not a great welcome after a day's travelling. Not to be repeated .. !!!

This was an ideal family trip, the cabins were so cute and cosy with breathtaking views of the Glen. There is a little pub about a 12min walk from the site which is full of very friendly locals and it just tops off the country getaway experience. The whole scene is so untouched it is the perfect escape from the...

We traveled to these lodges with another family for the Christmas break and we were blown away by the tranquility and scenic wonder of this place, seriously you wake up and look out the window and it could be a picture! The couple who run this place go the extra mile to make your stay the perfect getaway!

If you want to get away from it all, then this is the place for you. The scenery is stunning but it is Scotland! The lodges are well equipped, comfortable and clean. The owners really couldn't be more helpful. They are lovely. We visited the local pub for a meal (See review for The Barn Bar) on their advice. Not...

We used lagnakeil lodges as a base for a weeks holiday after finding them on line. I had several email correspondence with Paul and I booked with confidence. When we arrived we were very pleased with the views. Our lodge was the one in the main advert photo. Excellent view. Good parking. Well signed on the way in. We went...
