First time at centre parcs and wow what a great time we had. Opted for the cheaper 3 bed new style woodland lodge to see what the starting range is and how lovely it was. The lodge was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay couldn't fault it. The site was well

Stayed in a new executive 3 bed lodge with hot tub and sauna and it was amazing, a lot has changed since we last went. Always lots to do every day we had lots of fun. Fantastic place to go but expensive on food and drinks.

We've been to Centre Parcs sites on numerous occasions, though not for quite a few years and have enjoyed our time there- particularly when we had young children. Something we remember from the other visits was that of it being a "vehicle-free" site ie guests are expected to use

Stayed in an executive style 2 bedroom cabin. Nice and clean, well maintained throughout our stay. Kitchen area well equipped for eating in. One en suite with bath and shower the other a large walk in shower. Plenty of activities for all ages, pricing didn't seen to expensive.

Just back from a fabulous holiday, love the concept and everything that Centre Parcs has to offer. Sadly Sherwood needs some love and upgrading. Our lodge was fine but a bit shabby in places. The outside of it had moss and the wood was tainted and dank. Lighting inadequate in

There should be a can opener and a corkscrew but we always take a corkscrew just in case. I'm not too worried about the can opener as most cans are ringpull, but I'd struggle if I couldn't open the wine!! Awful thought!

I think that price is right. We didn’t use the gym but I remember walking pasting it and my husband was shocked at the price too. A lot of the activities are very expensive. Although we love centre parcs we tend to stick to swimming (which is free) or cycling (which is free with your own bikes). We sometimes pay for bowling and have taken kids roller skating before but that’s about it. We tend to go at Christmas time so If we do any activities they tend to be festive ones. We did the geocache (like a treasure hunt) last year which we really enjoyed and won. A lot of walking though. I’d recommend the spa too, it’s amazing and so relaxing but no gym. We’re going to the spa at Woburn soon and the gym is included in the price there. Have a lovely break.

You get three dishwasher tablets and a sachet if washing up liquid which is pretty useless once opened. I put a small amount of liquid in a small bottle and discard the lot on leaving. You can always take a couple if dishwasher tablets sling in case you need them. The parcmarket will be expensive.
