Hellidon Lakes Golf and Spa Hotel is located in Daventry in Northamptonshire. This hidden gem is surrounded by 220 acres of delightfully peaceful grounds; so it’s quite easy to forget that it is a mere 14 miles off the M40 and 20 minutes from the M1. Hellidon Lakes Golf and Spa Hotel is home to a 27 hole Championship golf course, a superb leisure club, relaxing spa, tennis courts and a fishing lake. In fact the hotel's eight sparkling lakes are behind our four-star hotel’s name. What's more the hotel has an indoor ten pin bowling alley - great for family fun or on an evening of laughter outside of the meeting room. The hotel has 24 flexible conference and meeting rooms, 200 complimentary car parking spaces and are proud to offer some great stimulation for conference and events; from self-contained meeting areas to superb team building space.

Arrived late due to our bus grounding on a bridge. Staff got us all checked with speed and courtesy. Room was clean and well appointed. Bed was very comfortable. Did not have time to appreciate on-site facilities. Would definitely return.

Every member of staff we came across we're lovely, especially the reception staff. We paid £117 for dinner, bed & breakfast...absolutely delicious we had a £28 each spend on dinner so we went for the sirloin steak. Plus we got lunch in a box and a 50 beauty treatment. We opted

We stayed here for 1 night to attend a wedding nearby. I have absolutely no complaints, the room was a good size, with a huge bathroom, including a separate shower, maybe newly renovated as very modern and clean. We had bathrobes, complimentary water, coffee biscuits,

I've been to both places and I have to be honest I think I prefer Hellidon Lakes in terms of the facilities and the deal. The lunch is possibly not as good as the Belfry but the dinner, breakfast and staff are all better at Hellidon. Very similar package as the Belfry but because the breakfast and room was better I would say Hellidon wins. I suppose i would also take the journey into consideration. The M1 is very busy and we got stuck on the motorway the times we have been to Hellidon.
