I have used the marina facilities on a number of occasions and always found the service to be very efficient, The setting of the Hotel is magnificent and the bay really beautiful, quite the prettiest on Solta. I cannot testify to the protection in the marina and my cruising guide does suggest that that there will be a swell in... More

Fantastic one night stay at this amazing boutique hotel. The accommodation was first class, along with the restaurant and staff service. A charming and historic building sympathetically restored. Perfect location on the front of the sleepy island of solta.

Appalling service. One hour and twenty minutes before they closed we were told we could not have a coffee because they had cleaned the machine! No apology, no alternative, young untrained staff just do not care! Expensive marina should have better service. Disappointing.

It was rather by chance because of a short notice visit of friends staying in the marina. After a fantastic dinner in the hotels restaurant I decided to stay here for the night. The 300 year old building with a unique atmosphere and the totally quiet pool area inside was great. It makes me come back here more often. Personnel... More

The Hotel is by far the only luxury hotel in Maslinica. The physical property is beautiful and of a high standard of refurbishment. The pool area in particular is delightful. The hotel is small and only has c6 rooms - so it's quiet and serene. The poor rating is for the following: 1. Our room was in the Tower -... More

We stayed here for 4 days and treated ourselves to the Royal suite which comprises the top two floors of the tower you will see in pictures of the hotel. There is a spacious and well equipped bathroom on the first floor and a bedroom and sitting room above. Beware- it is 118 steps (I counted them several times!) from... More

We had a most beautiful wedding here thanks to great location, great staff and great food. I reccomend it for every type of vacation, but specially for weddings cause the staff are so calm full of confidence and food is heavenly made.

This hotel with, I believe, only 8 rooms is a fantastic location to relax. Great rooms, fantastic service in a great ambiance. The old castle is really nice renovated and the hotel has everything what one expect as a spoiled traveler. Located in the beautiful natural sheltered Maslinica port. If you are looking for something special book a room in... More

This was an amazing find. The building is an old converted fort which has been renovated to an extremely high standard. There are only 6 rooms making for a really intimate holiday. You can even find a bed on poolside! The hotel is located in a small, quaint fishing village. There are about 8 additional restaurants and it is as... More

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
At the Martinis Marchi Heritage Hotel the guest comfort is a priority. At an area of almost 1500 square metres, there are only seven suits, each individually designed to provide elegance, tranquillity and comfort. Every piece of furniture has been carefully chosen. Beds, wardrobes, tables and chairs have been bought in European metropolises like London, Vienna, Venice, Paris, Zagreb and then carefully restored, just like the castle itself. The castle Martinis Marchi, is very proud to offer his most demanding guests a complete pleasure. The stone facades conceal swimming pool, wellness area with sauna, a conference and presentation hall, an extensive lounge with a dining room and a kitchen, a wine cellar, a restaurant, a room for relaxation with a piano and a spacious terrace by the pool.
