My wife and I had a really great long weekend here, and will come back for longer. We stayed by chance because there was a local music festival, but were so pleasantly surprised with what a nice place. We stayed in the circular Oast, which has a dedicated bathroom but not en suite. The other rooms are en suite and also lovely, just make your preference known! Breakfast was very civilised, and generous. We went through the poached haddock & eggs, smoked salmon with scrambled eggs, and full fry up and there were other options (another reason to come back). Jill was very welcoming - every request was no problem and swiftly accomplished. She has a lovely laugh - especially when someone embarrasses her by saying how fantastic the venue is. My wife started telling people at the festival about the wonderful BnB until I kicked her leg - we hadn't booked for the following year. We've booked now for next year, so it's OK now to share our enjoyment with you.

A beautiful Oast nestled between the village church and acres of fruit orchards, this B&B was truly a superb choice. Jill, our delightful host, allowed us to take the Orchard room in the actual oast roundel and how lovely it was. Tastefully decorated, the extra large double bed made for a great night's sleep - or as much as we could on the hottest night of the year! Conveniently situated just down the road from the local pub that also happened to be serving great food and surrounded by a myriad of public footpaths, this B&B makes for an ideal base to explore the surrounding countryside. Jill also happens to be a dab hand at serving a wonderful cooked breakfast taken in the sunlounge overlooking her immaculate garden. We would not hesitate to recommend the Church Oast B&B to any of our family and friends.

A traditional Kentish Oast house , and set in wonderfully kept gardens. Idyllic location, but very close to the busier areas of Whitstable, Canterbury & Faversham. We were given a warm welcome. Room was spacious , and lots of thought has gone into the rooms. Little extras such as tea, biscuits, tissues etc. Lovely breakfast in the morning.

We stayed here for one night and were more than happy with the standard of the accommodation and also the breakfast! A nice bonus was the tea and biscuits served on arrival. Our room was extremely nice, with a very comfortable bed and powerful shower. To be able to make a cup of tea in the room with fresh milk in the fridge was a very welcome bonus! There were nice complimentary toiletries and huge fluffy towels, together with slippers and bathrobes. The one small negative is that the radiator in the bathroom had some not too pleasant marks on it but that did not spoil our stay at all. Hats off to Jill for how she manages to run the B& B single handed, along with maintaining the most wonderful garden! We would not hesitate to stay again!

Beautiful setting on a local village green with a quintessential English pub serving good food. Lovely room with comfy bed and lots of thoughtful touches like a fridge with fresh milk and bottled water, teapot & cafetiere with wide selection of teas and coffee, his & her bathrobes. Amazing cooked breakfasts incl extensive choice of cereal, fruits, yoghurts. A brilliant hostess readily available to answer questions and have a chat and who recorded British Grand Prix so not missed! Thanks Jill for a lovely few days. D&L Scotland

Enjoyed our Weekend Break, beautiful authentic property and gardens. Owner was very responsive to my e mail communications and very helpful. Room and property was exceptionally clean, room was well equipped. Lots of area information on hand. Tea and biscuits on arrival was a nice touch. Breakfast selection was good, although unable to really fully appreciate as was nursing an hangover from the previous evenings meal at the fantastic local pub across the road. Maybe the cost per night was slightly on the high side.

Church Oast must rank among the best B&Bs in England! We used to live nearby and were stopping off for a week to meet old friends, as well as catch up on shopping for things only found in UK. Our room was as least as good as most of the posh hotel rooms we've stayed in and Jill Geliot a perfect hostess.

This is the third time we have visited Church Oast and every time has been fantastic . Jill is an amazing host. The best B&B we have ever stayed at. Beautiful location, an unforgettable experience. Although you are central to beautiful areas of Kent, including the City of Canterbury, this wonderful Oast house feels like it is a million miles away. We would recommend Church Oast to everyone. My son and I stayed at the Church Oast recently. I have stayed at The Oast a number of times and always come back as Jill, the owner, does everything she can to make it a wonderful experience. The rooms are beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean. There are tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms. There is a lounge downstairs for guests to use. Jill's breakfasts are delicious with great attention to detail. Breakfasts are served in a light filled room looking out onto her beautiful garden. I highly recommend a stay at the Church Oast. Thank you Jill for your care.

Myself and my partner stayed here on the 1st July on our wedding night and we couldn't have picked a better place to stay. It was perfect and beautiful in every way and we will treasure the memories forever. We stayed in the oast room which has lovely views of the countryside and the beautiful cared for gardens. The room was really spacious with every little detail in terms of facilities taken care of. Jill made sure we had the most comfortable night and her breakfast was extremely tasty the next day! Thank you Jill for our card and flowers too that you left for us it was so thoughtful and meant so very much, we will definitely be coming back to stay again!
