So this is my second visit, within 2 years. Its great the the landlady, Pauline, such a lovely lady, remembers my first visit. Anyway, some photos to show how wonderful this place is. And a bonus it's a 5 min walk to the rail station, and only 35 mind to central London by train

We've been staying for a few nights while visiting family in Swanley. This has been a great base close to family but also an easy train ride into London to see the sites. Swanley is also now in the Oyster Card system which makes getting to and from the city and airports quite painless. If you did have a car there is off street parking and you're not far from the M25 but you are only a few minutes walk to Swanley Station and a 10 minute walk to the high street where you'll find a 24 hour ASDA store. The B&B is very comfortable and I'm currently sitting in the conservatory on a very comfy couch drinking my coffee before heading into the city. There is a small well provisioned kitchenette with a well received selection of snacks! The hosts are exceptionally friendly and helpful, nothing has been too much trouble. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend and will definitely be back in the future.

We had a lovely time stopping at Greenacres. Pauline and Antonio couldn't have been more welcoming. Lovely food, safe off road parking and very spacious indeed. Nice little touches such as a fridge in the twin room with 'real' milk in it. A selection of chocolate and biscuit bars too. Our hosts were keen to provide us with our dietry requirement and lovely freshly squeezed orange juice too.

The accommodation was excellent and the hosts were awesome. Arrived mid afternoon and all I wanted was to sit relax and have a cuppa tea. After retrieving my luggage from my car Pauline greeted me with a pot of tea!! Great customer service and I will definitely return. Nice, quiet and peaceful.

This is our return visit to Greenacre B&B, and we take credit to be the clients that introduced Tripadvisor to Greenacre B&B back in 2010 and give the first Excellent review. An easy 25 minute train ride from Victoria Station in London brings you to Swanley, then a 5 minute walk brings you to a property that is clean, quiet & spacious. We choose not to stay anywhere else while visting the London - Kent area for one simple reason, it doesn't get better than this. Thank you Pauline and Antonio!
