Wonderful hotel with a new wing. My room was a massive spacious room with a separate toilet and bath attached. The bathroom had a Jacuzzi which was a wow factor when I checked it. But soon I discovered that it didn't work. A bit disappointing. The room had a small wardrobe in a corner with a mini bar attached to... More

Hotel Bristol met just about all our expectations. The room was clean and spacious, with a huge, comfortable bed. The large bathroom had a conveniently separate toilette. The hotel is centrally located, just a couple of minutes walk to the old town. Private parking behind the hotel was a real plus, and wi-fi worked very well. The hotel staff was... More

Easily the best value we've seen in our travels. Clean and spacious room with a large bathroom and a jetted tub - for an incredible price. No sticker shock here, as there tends to be in nearby Switzerland. We'll go out if our way to stay here again.

we often step by in Bristol when heading to Italy from Belgium - it's conveniently located, close to nice central blocks and square in Alsace style, the reception is warmly welcoming, service is personalised (including convenient in room services as late as midnight) in this partly old-fashioned partly brand new hotel with large, comfortable rooms. useful location for business as... After an eye wateringly expensive but poor value hotel in Switzerland we arrived at the Bristol and we're thrilled with our room in the annexe. It was big, very clean and comfortable. It is a few minutes walk to the old town and about 20 minute brisk walk to the car museum so we were able to leave the car... More

Does not look like but this hotel is big and surprisingly for France, offers large rooms with excellent services. Loved my huge room with its impressive bathroom and balcony. Just ask for a room that is not above the restaurant for more comfort.

Spent one night here. Food was good. Beer was cheap. Fantastic location in city centre. Only downside was damp walls in room 100. Wall was wet to touch. Lovely quaint little beer garden to sit in. Nice reception area

Stayed for 5 days as a base for touring the area. The hotel seems to predominate as an overnight stop for travellers to/from all parts south. This is a shame because Mulhouse and the surrounding countryside are fascinating and worthy of a longer stay. We booked a jr.suite but were given keys to what we thought was the owners apartment... We stayed in 3 rooms for business. The rooms were adequate and quite large. Bubble baths / jet stream did not work, but breakfast was great for € 9,50, fresh bread and including nice Alsace cheese platter as well.

I resarved 3 rooms for one night and arrived at 22:00. The rooms looks far better then on booking.com, the location is a bit scary (all day long). I would of given a better score if the staff were nicer. At the morning we were asked what we are doing at the hotel in the most ugly way passable, by... More
