We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. It is our home and base to see Alsace Region. There was ample parking beside the hotel. Our room was not so big compared with our other European hotels we previously stayed. Our room has aircon/heater. Our window overlooks the road which gets quiet very early in the day. Linens, pillows, beds...

We needed an overnight pitstop, and we chose this Hotel. They waited for us late, very kindly. The building is really old, in the center of the town, and the rooms give you the feeling you sleep in another century! It was really special for us, to have so much comfort in such an old facility. The breakfast was more...

I have recently stayed at the Hotel De La Cloche whilst on a motorcycle tour of eastern France. The Hotel was well located and the staff were very helpful in finding me somewhere to park my motorcycle. I was made very welcome and for convenience ate in the restaurant that evening. The meal was authentic Alcasce and was tasty and...

A two night stay in this hotel, which we used a base for visiting Obernai and Alsace wine country. The room we stayed in was Chambre 7 and was 78 euros/ night - a great value. The room and bathroom was spacious and extremely clean - a bonus was the air conditioning. Very quiet. There is no lift in the...

I'd suppose if your judging from a five star point of view this is not for you! Would explain also why this is not even a three star, the staff is quite polite, room is respectably clean. But the rest, don't expect much, although the building is beautiful just by its age in itself, this is not a place for...

Great people run a wonderful place. A bit small room for a stay with the kid, which is compensated with the readiness of the staff to make you feel good. Clean, extremely friendly, good location, and they serve a great coffee Beware: Restaurant downstairs does NOT belong to the hotel. Avoid if possible. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby.

The Hotel De La Cloche is run by people who were extremely supportive of us trying our French, and they were wonderfully helpful and kind with all of our queries. The breakfast is a terrific start to the day with croissants, rolls, jams, cheeses, and terrific coffee and hot cocoa, and they had a perfect place for us to store...

The proprietor of this hotel was friendly, helpful and spoke good English. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast good. A proper shower would have been nice, but the bathroom was perfectly adequate for a short stay. Wonderful location in this charming town.

You couldn't get more central than this place, right on the corner opposite the town hall and Tourist Office. The rooms were a decent size, and there was no road noise at night. The only downsides were the two flights of stairs - no lift - and the fact there wasn't a stand-alone shower but just a shower head attached...
