We stayed in a standard room for 95 €. The only plus of the hotel - the location, close to downtown and the sea. That aside the hotel is very bad. The staff didn't speak English (although it was stated that the staff is multilingual). The tiny bathroom with a bad-smelling shower curtain. Number requires repair and replacement of all...

I stayed here with my partner for just one night as we made our way from Bordeaux to Biarritz at the end of July. The hotel is perfectly located just a five minute walk from the train station and really close to Arcachon’s picturesque seafront. We arrived way before the check-in time and were warmly welcomed by the friendly receptionist/owner...

Very basic hotel that we found handy to most things we were keen to see. Needs a bit of a tidy up though. Wifi is good. Can be difficult to get parking on the street out front. For the money and compared to other hotels in the town a good choice if you only need it for sleeping in.

The hotel is ideally situated, 1 min from the train station, 3 min from the beach. The rooms are fine, nothing fancy but clean and comfortable. The internet was working fine. I had a room on the street and it was a bit noisy in the morning (6 am) when there was the street cleaning. Nothing the hotel can do...

Very much a typical French budget hotel. Breakfast was a roll, a croissant and coffee for 8 Euros. The room and bathroom were clean but in need of a makeover, adequate for the one night we were there. The town itself has plenty of bars and restaurants and the hotel is within 10 mins walk of the sea. In common...

The fresh produce market is located nearby, and plentiful of seafood restaurants, and shopping streets are located in the vicinity. The hotel is simple but clean and comfortable. the staff are very helpful. It is impossible to get lost in...

We are a family of 4 with 2 kids (6 and 8). Our room was no. 32. Room cleanliness was fine however they added a bed so we could sleep all 4 but it was quite tight. Employees were very friendly. There's no internet and no parking but parking was quite available on the street. I put a few Euros...

The hotel is near to the beach and just a few minutes away from the train station. The parking on the road outside the hotel is metered but there is free parking available on the street the station is on. The people were very friendly and the hotel was clean. The room was basic and small and overlooked a busy...

Le Novel is an older hotel, but very clean and comfortable. The staff are very pleasant and go out of their way to help. Le Novel is between the train station and the beach, and close to both. This hotel is not a luxury hotel, but provides very good value for budget-minded travellers. The breakfast (6.80 euros) was a simple,...
