From the welcome at reception to the luxery of lying back in the deep bath in the pretty bathroom with the window open listening to the birds , every moment spent there was filled with a quiet pleasure. Our only regret was that we were only spending one night!

I booked this hotel based on reviews and wasn't disappointed. We only speak a little French but the staff made us feel very at home. The rooms are neat, clean, tidy and very comfortable. Breakfast was typical French, baguettes croissants ham and cheese. All very fresh. We also had dinner n the restaurant although as it was a pleasant evening...

A family pension in the best sense of the term: you feel at home the minute you walk in. The ladies at the reception are utterly charming and ever so helpful : you want to know where the triptych of the "Maitre de Moulins" is? Or where is the totally unbelievable "grand cafe"? They will find out for you. Their...

This lovely family run hotel is within walking distance to the town (wonderful medieval part), rooms very traditional, restaurant very nice but probably a bit 'fancy' for us and what we were looking for after a long hard days biking! ABCD ('above and beyond the call of duty') award goes to Anne Charlotte who was amazing - one of our...

We had a nice room under the roof, unfortunately the A/C is a bit loud. The receptionsts are very nice and helpful. The garden is a nice retreat. The breakfast is above average in France. We had dinner in the garden which was really nice and good food. Unfortunately the wine wasn't properly tempered. I would recommend that place to...

We stayed twice at this hotel, once on our way south and again on our way back up north, with just less that 2 weeks in between. We had prebooked the hotel by about 2-3 months. I received email response from both the hotel and Booking.com. The restaurant "maître" also emailed me to check if I wanted to make dinner...

I realy did enjoy my stay after a long car journey. My room in a little house facing the garden was very well equipped and newly refurbished. Italian style shower. I found very confortable, the "petit salon" where i couls read newspaper sitting in a harmchair. The owners are always helpful and make sure you eat well, sleep well and...

Just to add some practical info: It's nice place outside the centre, just follow the yellow signs. The Mercure, also on our list, happened to a be a few miles further out at Avermes. This saturday evening almost 22h, a group of people is comfortably closing their dinner, the porter is very friendly but a three bed room is not...

After finding and booking this lovely hotel I looked it up on google maps for a route. When I went on "street maps" I was slightly put off by the looks of the road leading to the hotel. Please don't be put off by that, it is an oasis and a great find. Very comfortable, stylish throughout with friendly, helpful...

Stayed Friday and Saturday night on the weekend of some friends' wedding. Great location a mere 5-10 minute walk from the station (or approx 6 Euros in a taxi). Check-in was friendly and super quick. Rooms were extremely nice, with an over bath shower in our room (Note: deep bath which could be difficult for older/more infirm guests to get...
