This was such a great campsite. Beautiful tidal estuary provides a lovely safe place to swim paddle kite sail. The pool is really lovely with a tropical island feel , small tots water play park and awesome slides for all ages even adults. There was a lovely deli with take away food, great sanitary facilities, shaded good sized pitches. Due to covid, understandably the main restaurant spa Kids club gym soft play were closed but we didn’t feel this affected our stay.

This was our second holiday to du Letty, and this sty was as good if not better than the first. Firstly, the location is idyllic. We are definitely an active family, and we spend the majority of our time at the beach either swimming, paddleboarding or kayaking. The on-site swimming pool is also excellent. The children love jumping in from the bridges and the fast slides. It’s also a short walk into Bénodet, which has a lovely selection of shops and restaurants. Very rarely do we go camping, and spend the majority of the time on the campsite, but this site has everything. Aside from the odd trip out to the nearby supermarket, we don’t feel the need to have to constantly go off in the motorhome to find things to do. We’ve already booked for next summer to make it stay number 3!

Stayed for 5 nights as we were touring. Excellent facilities, pools were spotless and fantastic for families. Our pitch was a good size for the caravan and we were also in close proximity to the beach. The night entertainment was great and we also had tickets for Pan adventure. This was really good but just one or two visits would have been enough over a stay but it was really nice to sit with a drink and let them run around! The kids loved rock pooling and we even used the gym which was had a great little layout for a quick blast. My only negative is the sun loungers, they are taken up with towels and no one on them. I don't think this is fair especially seeing really young families huddle in corners on the floor. This could easily be rectified. That said we will be booking our holiday to return there next year, to be so close to the beach was a winner!

We chose Le Letty because of the positive reviews. You really never know if they're for real or not and we weren't disappointed. We drove the 10 hrs Calais to Benodet in 2 days outbound, staying half way at B&B Hotel Avranches. On the way back we did it all in 1 day, 14 hrs door to door. We paid for a standard pitch for 2 weeks, and asked for a pitch map in advance so we knew where we wanted to be. The pool is large and has great slides. On a Wed there's foam they shoot in to the pool and they have a DJ in the day and games. It's not Club 18-30 so don't worry! They do insist on speedos around the pool - all pretty mortifying having to wear them, but you get over it fast as everyone is in the same boat! The outside water slides open around 2.30pm, but stay open until late. The beach borders the site and you literally step on to the sand. Do invest in aqua shoes though. The water is shallow and crystal clear (but cold). The current is strong, even if it doesn't look it. The on site shop is stocked well, and early mornings they do fresh croissants. There's a Decathlon 20 mins drive away if you forget anything. Benodet is a nice 20 min walk. 3G and 4G mobile coverage almost non-existent - even if your phone screen shows it, the signal is just not there. Evening entertainment is in the bar - In the busy summer months they have a Tue fire display which is spectacular, and a foam party for the kids. Such an excellent place - we are about to book for next year!
