Very disappointed in their customer care. We chose this hotel because of location and the good restaurant. It was booked months ago as part of a holiday in France. After travelling all day we were tired and looking forward to a good meal. On arrival we were told the restaurant was closed due to a party there and we could...

The hotel is easy to find from the main roads, no getting in- or out of town. Staff friendly and helpful. As this was a business trip, it served perfectly my purpose. If I am back in the region, it will definitely be part of my choice selection.

A typical Campanile hotel. Good value for money. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. We will continue to stay in these hotels when we are on the move in France, as they are usually in convenient locations which mean you don't have to drive into a town that you don't know well.

When we checked in we were very impressed by the lady who was single handedly dealing with reception and the restaurant at lunch. It was a very different story in the evening. We were served with aperitifs on the terrace by "Carole" aparently the senior member of staff. She was unwelcoming, unfriendly and unsmiling. The dinner menu was limited if...

It is a typical Campanile which we find to be good value. They have a restaurant on site. Breakfast was very good. Room is comfortable, wish they would change out that bright green trim. Coffee/tea making in the room, free parking, outside of main part of Vannes. The big problem was that the air conditioner did not work (suspect they...

Good hotel for business travellers. Free wi-fi. Restaurant with buffet for dinner and breakfast of good quality. Coffee and tea maker in the room. TV only french channels. Hotel is currently being remodeled and modernized. Hardly any english is spoken, but that did not matter to much to me as I was accompanied by locals.

Despite obvious refurbishment ,understanding of English was poor and despite providing an English menu , provided the wrong meal and a larger quantity of wine than was ordered. We felt embarassed to complain and felt that the value of the bill was more important than the value of the service. We trust this will be accepted as constructive criticism to...
