Quick stopover night, standard room, decent dinner in the restaurant and excellent Ibis breakfast (fresh madeleines the highlight). Very comfortable bed and quiet location. Does what it says on the tin.

All the staff were extremely helpful and polite and the restaurant was really good with a good choice of food. It was easy to find and close to the motorway. It was one of the bst Ibis hotels we have stayed at in France.

The hotel Ibis Chalons en Champagne we used in transit from Switzerland to the car ferry at Calais, for this our stay was fine, the one point to make is we didn't find the location of the hotel immediately as it was at the end of day light.

Stayed for one night mid week at the end of August as part of a tour of Europe. Booked special package on line which included for welcome drink, dinner and breakfast. Hotel was easy to find (signposted from local roads) and plenty of car parking (free of charge). Whilst not the prettiest hotel or location (business park out of town),...

We only stayed for one night and the hotel is clean and the decor is typical of an Ibis hotel. We booked this hotel because it had a restaurant but the day after our pre-paid reservation was accepted, we received an email informing us that the restaurant would be closed the night of our stay. So after driving for eight...

It was fine for what we needed. Arrived just before dinner, easy check in. Had a nice family dinner and then drinks in our rooms. Room was perfectly clean and adequate. Showers could do with a mat as all very slippy and my child slipped getting in and out. Breakfast was expensive for what there was offered!

We stayed here only one night, but it was a very pleasant stay. Couple of things though.. According to the menu outside, and in the room, lunch can be served at the hotel or in the room. However, when we asked if we could have some lunch (after we arrived around 14.00 hours) we were told we could not, there...

Conveniently located of the motorway and straightforward access into the town of Chalons en Champagne. Reasonable sized room on first floor with good bathroom, shower and clean linen. Also found it to be very quiet. Restaurant provided a limited menu but more than adequate for a couple of nights. Buffet breakfasts were also substantial and well presented. Nothing to dislike...

Stayed here several times and always enjoy it. The staff are efficient and knowledgeable. However, someone should teach them how to make a Gin and Tonic as simply adding tonic water to gin is not enough. A slice of lemon and some ice completes a good G&T. The restaurant serves simple but tasty meals.
