This is definitely a case of "you get what you pay for". Grubby, impersonal, no carpets, poor parking facilities, and not a 24 hr reception, making a late arrival quite difficult (20 minute phone call, 2 combination locks). Everything worked, and the bed linen was spotless, so it's fine if you literally just want somewhere to lay your head. Just...

We were 2 families travelling back to uk from a family wedding in Champage and wanted a location near to the rail network (for Paris and Eurostar) and convenient to Beauvais for flight to Scotland. The hotel price was v reasonable .... but this did not match the attitude of the manager/clerk when we could not access the rooms at...

This was a budget hotel, where we did not intend to stay for long and so fulfilled its role. We picked up the keys form a deposit box and checked out in the same way and so there was no human interaction. The apartment itself was roomy enough though our children has a sofa bed. The fridge meant we had...

When we discovered they used our credit card without authorization, that was fine. Then we arrive in the hotel and there's no place to park as they promised, but that was ok too. The fact that the bed was actually just an open couch, was acceptable. But when the shower went cold, and the lights went off when using the...

This is the worst place I have ever been too. It was so bad that when we saw the room we walked straight out and booked into another hotel. The rooms are nothing like the website, it was dirty, dark , small and they had put us in a smoking room (we had asked for non-smoking) and everything smelled terrible...

We were not advised hotel being refurbished, paint fumes made us ill. Hotel noisy and we were treated to the train announcements at the nearby station from about 7am. No lift available so you have to drag your luggage up the stairs. Bed broken and my son is recovering well from the injuries when he trapped his foot as one...

I stayed there for 7 weeks for a working contract. As one of the person said, yes, there is some students satying there. But, I used it to sleep not to stay there. Mind you, I did ask for a calm room. Most of the people staying there are there for some lenght of time, therefore, it is possible for...
