I booked this hotel with free cancellation. When I canceled my booking (6 Months before my stay) I was charged in full. When I complained about the charged they promised to refund me but a month later I have still not got a refund.

I travelled with a group of secondary school students from Cork, Ireland from 23rd October to 26th October 2014. The hotel is supposed to be very easy to find, but we could tell it wouldn't have been as its out in the middle of no where and down an alleyway. The bus driver we had knew where it was as... More

I needed a last minute Hotel for a few days, (Hotel, read hostel!) I didn't pay a lot staying here, but probably should have paid more and found somewhere else. As other reviewers have said, NOBODY can find it - its not even on most GPS under its former owners (IBIS) - even my own work colleagues drove around and... More

Having read other reviews on here I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this hotel. The main negative was using it as a base to travel to the exhibition centre - many taxi drivers did not know where the hotel was which made things a little awkward. Overall if you go looking for a luxurious stay for €50 per... More

We have stayed in this hotel for only one night during our New Year's Eve "holidays" in Paris. As far as I remember, the hotel is situated near one of the main highways to the city. The area around the building is far from being refered to as "nice". But, I'd say one must expect this when trying to be... More

I stayed here after missing my flight out of Charles de Gaulle, and for the €45 price tag I wasn't expecting much. I'm confused by the reviewers who anticipated something exceptional or something closer to the city center. It's billed as an inexpensive airport hotel! It's a place to crash and shower between flights--nothing more. I must agree with the... More

We stayed here as part of a school trip so we saw about 15 rooms in the hotel. Most had some sort of fault, from no shower curtain to smoke detectors covered in tape and even sockets hanging out of the walls. Most problems were fixed quickly. Some of the beds were broken and had been inexpertly repaired. The cleaning... More

This hotel was previously part of the IBIS group. I had a confirmed and guaranteed reservation with IBIS for 2 nights booked November 2012. IBIS had not informed me of this change. On arrival they said they had no knowledge of my reservation, but had a room available for the same price as I booked for the first night only.... More
