From my experience of French hotels I am getting used to visiting these types of places. Small dated rooms (but notably clean), basic places to rest your head.
Dinner was OK but nothing special.
If you want budget then it's all good I suppose.

I think not. The facilities listed on their booking site include neither minibar nor safe. As you probably are aware some hotels will store your valuables in their own safe, or even have locked boxes, but I really don't know about this hotel. If you are booking through an agent the agent should find out for you. Bon chance!
