Booked for a week in a Vaconsoleil tent, wish we had booked 2 ! On arrival we were warmly greeted by Jody, Suzi and Ami from Vaconsoleil,(and given the choice of speaking in French, English or Dutch!). The necessary paperwork was done and we were shown to our tent. In a large field with probably 15+ other Vaconsoleil tents. Everybody...

Really vibrant and very busy. We camped for two nights, there are showers, toilets and sinks that are cleaned regularly. Dedicated places to wash clothes and pots and pans. There's BBQ areas and all kinds of accommodation from pitches, to glamping, caravans and chalets. The drinks at the bar are expensive and the one restaurant probably isn't worth the money...

Booked to stay for 10 nights after reading reviews on trip advisor. The site is mega crowded and the pitch we were given was awful. The night life looked very busy, but we could not get over the fact that the site was untidy and very very crowded. We had our caravan with electric hook up, which was about 4...

We stayed here for two weeks in August, we had a great time kids loved it - the pools, slides and the tennis court. The beach is very accessible, super safe cycle path along the promenade. Canet de Plage is great place to go on holiday. A market that caters for everything you need. Two complaints the campsite shop was...

The service in the bar was awful so complained. For that I was banned from the bar. Went to reception but they wouldn't refund my second night but left anyway. The entertainment my first night was throwing a ring onto a cone. Better elsewhere.

The good bits? Lots. It's next to the beach, the evening entertainment is actually good (especially the Horror Night), the pools are clean and there are just about enough sun beds, the slides are fantastic ( and no big queues ). The average? The caravans. A bit old, but clean. The bad? The prices: the bar sells a thimble of...

We were very disappointed with our Eurocamp holiday this year and will think very carefully in the future before rebooking with Eurocamp. This is not a family-friendly resort for multiple reasons. Our caravan was situated at the end of a row, next to a children's playground. There was noise of screaming children at 7am, during every mealtime and until midnight....

We heard nothing of the speedo rule til we arrived so had no use of sites amenities. Went to sports bar once at night and once for breakfast, they said we had to go to the shop for our croissants when others sat with plates and we were eating out of bags! Wouldn't sell us cigarettes, claimed not to understand...

Our 2 week stay in Mar Estang was an extremely enjoyable experience. It is situated in a beautiful part of the world with plenty to do, in a town full of life. Restaurants are generally good although one or two were not up to the good standards set by their neighbours. Carcasonne is a must visit, as is the beautiful...
