Nice hotel from the building but staff didn t really seem to be aware of the hotel and whats happening and the room... i think to enter the toilet you have to study first as you need to jump on the toilet to close the door ... and the bathroom so small and hospital style that you are not really...

My room / junior suite was in the annex, still being renovated. It will be great once the renovation is completed. Very romantic corner suite. The building is lovely, and the pool is an asset. The maitre D' was very professional. The room price is a bit steep for Laval.

Restaurant food very good, but wine expensive. No air conditioning and cigar smoke from other residents affected our none smoking room. Last time we were disturbed by other guests leaving at 3am by coach! Staff were polite and helpful, but still haven't had a perfect stay

Only let down was having one iron in the whole of the hotel that needed to be tracked down. Didn't eat as only stayed briefly but great for...

We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere at this charming, elegant hotel near the centre of town. The dinner in the beautiful garden was excellent. Staff at the reception as well in the restaurant was very helpful. There is a new Spa/Swimmingpool .

Cosy, huge and nice decoration of the rooms. Nice and quiet park for the rooms. However, the reception was not very friendly and the equipment of the room is minimum. Also need to check the bill before to pay to avoid mistake.

Lovely old building in good location. Room good value (we got a 35% discount) and very comfortable, though lacked air-con. Beautiful garden, quiet location near centre of town. Evening meal, food was quite good but the dining room lacked atmosphere.

Very nice vintage building, with nice decorated room, excellent attendant at the reception and in the dining room, food is top top. A veritable Cordon Bleu ! Congratulation. The Breakfast is amazing with a type of croissant that do not find elsewhere.

We celebrated our 40th birthday in the restaurant. We had a private room for 22 people. Everything went as agreed and planned with the staff. We could also enjoy the veranda room with the view on the outdoor garden for the "apéritif". Good food and aldo very good service too.
