Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

My daughter and I had traveled for over four hours from the UK and decided to have a stop. We found this hotel, and after such a long day it seemed ok. The rooms and communal areas were very dated and tired, needing some TLC in many places. Room was reasonably clean, but again needed updating and decoration. If I really had to, perhaps I would stay again, but I'd rather look for something else. It wasn't cheap either, well not for one adult and one child in one room anyway.

The two main advantages of this hotel are that it has plenty of free parking and it is near a bus route L2 which goes to the gare in Amiens for 1.2 euros. We enjoyed Amiens centre with its fine cathedral by using this service. The décor in the hotel was beyond tired so that we did not feel like eating there.Breakfast and Dinner were both available.
There was also free Wifi
The hotel was convenient for an overnight stop but I would not recommend it for a longer stay.

used this hotel as a base to see the trenchs etc of world war one. This was the only hotel that was available that could fit all 3 of us at the time. With it being a 2 star i was nervous but if the rooms were a tiny bit bigger it would have been a good 3 star. The rooms and bathroom were really clean and did not seem old. The breakfast was really nice. The manager made a big effort since we can`t speak great French and was always there when u needed him. It is not Amiens city centre its in a large commercial park outside of town so its a bit hard to find if you don`t know that. But at the price we paid it was great.

This hotel is not a 3* at best only a 2*
The positive the bed although low was comfortable
The negatives, we were in room 1, the walls are not soundproof so families who occupied rooms 19 and 20 kept us up until 1am, despite banging on their door and asking them to be more considerate. There is no manager at the hotel to complain to
The breakfast is 11 euros and very basic, the coffee machine was the best part.
Pictures of the rooms show a kettle, but they don't have any in the rooms, you need to walk to reception and use a hot/ cold water machine.
This is not a hotel I would stay at again.

Dear Customer, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a comment. The reception is closed at night but there is an on-call person present at the hotel all night, we give you the number on arrival. We were “greeted” at the front desk by a clerk with a terrible attitude. It seemed that we were an imposition and a bother. The clerk made a couple of mistakes with our room keys and seemed to blame us for it. The hotel is in an industrial area and not accessible to Amiens without a car. Breakfast is mediocre.

We ended up at this hotel as we were late I ding somewhere to stay and running out of options not knowing the area and assumed that as it was part of such a large chain it would be ok. BUT this place was much worse than it looked from the outside. The room was absolutely filthy, the bathroom almost beyond reasonable description. Never mind that the shower had black mould all around it - the sink had the previous occupant's shaving residue - not just in the bowl but around the sink surround - as evidenced by the bits if black whiskers!
The carpet was so dirty I wouldn't walk on it without my shoes on.
There were only thin net curtains at the window of the room which was on the ground floor with someone's car parked directly in front of it. The room was dark enough even at 08:00 that lights were needed so that there was no privacy at all.
There was no sound proofing between our room and next door to speak of, such that we could not only hear the neighbour in his phone, but even the rustling if plastic bags until all hours of the night.
Tea and coffee facilities were provided with paper cups.
As we had booked in very late we complained about the room the following morning and were given a 50% reduction in the rate so that we paid €47.50....however we wouldn't stay there again even if it were free...we would rather sleep in our car.

Stayed for one night..thank goodness only one night. A very run down and old property situated in an Industrial area on the edge of Amiens. Got there expecting to eat there but restaurant closed. Room was really horrible with dirty red carpet with huge stains on it which was very off outting. Bathroom was none too clean. In the morning could get no hot water for a shower! The breakfast was ok. If you want a really budget hotel go for it, but otherwise give this hotel a big miss.

As a large group of cyclists we arrived at the hotel at 5pm, hopefully looking for some refreshmentt at 5pm in the afternoon. The hotel staff were unwilling to open the bar until the allotted 7pm time. Between 5pm and 7pm we spent a good many euros so you'd think the hotel would have been appreciative.

On checking in, they insisted that only one key card would be issued per room, when a large number were hsaring twin rooms. Why they could not issued a card each is a mystery.

During dinner the service was poor and the staff seemed disinterested.

In the moring they removed the water butt from the water cooler, meaning no water available to fill cycle bottles for the day ahead.

My room was awful. There was no shower riser to hold the shower head.

Generally a pretty awful and shoddy place with shoddy staff.

We were planning to use this hotel as a stop over on our 8 hours drive into France.
We received a call to say that because we will be arriving after 11pm the room keys will be left in the safe, and we were given codes to access the building and the safe. Sure enough the room card was in the safe when we arrived.
We went to our allocated rooms (23 and 24) and opened up room 23 to be greeted my a snarling dog and a couple already in our room!! Thankfully my 3 year old didn’t run into the room!!
We then tried room 24 (with the same room card) to be greeted by an already sleeping couple.
No emergency contact numbers were left, no receptionist. We had no room to stay in.
We knocked on the in laws door, having walked through the strongest smelling weed, to discover I didn’t need to knock.......my room key worked on their room too....and EVERY ROOM IN THE HOTEL!!!
This hotel is completely unsafe and should not be in business.
With nowhere to stay we had no choice but to get in the car and drive through the night to our end destination and will be following this up with legal action.
