Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Carole is a very helpful considerate host, coping well with our increasingly delayed ETAs. We had a lovely well-appointed room (a suite actually) with a comfortable bed. Convenient public parking is right across the street. Breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious.

I meant to leave this review earlier. My wife and I and a friend stayed here for one night and it was fantastic in all respects. Great room with a lovely bathroom, piping hot water. Excellent breakfast and friendly service. Nice sitting out area. All in all highly recommended

A wonderful place to stay in the middle of St Quentin. We were made to feel very welcome. The room was extremely comfortable and opened directly on to the small walled garden area. Breakfast was delicious with homemade yogurt, bread, pastries, jams coffee and eggs on request. It is a very quiet place to stay, the beer festival with live music was on during our stay and we didn’t hear anything. There is no parking, but you can pay for on street parking using ring go app or the small car park opposite. Would recommend for anyone wishing to visit St Quentin or stopping off on the way to or from the ferry/shuttle in Calais. Lovely hosts who made our stay a great experience.

Very good hosts. We were shown to the Zen room, which had its own jacuzzi, and a large bed. A great breakfast with lots of choices. Free parking while we were there was a bonus. Walking down to the river we ate at La Java restaurant- splendid.

What a find. In a converted textile mill and very tastefully refurbished throughout. Carole and Oliver are very welcoming and provide very clean, tidy and well provisioned rooms. Breakfast is ample with a continental offering. Under ground parking is available though in an adjacent block but just a 2 minute walk. Very close to the main square of Saint-Quentin - excellent location.

We stayed in a group of 6 for 2 days taking all 4 rooms so had a good look around everywhere ! Friendly hosts, good breakfast. All rooms a bit different and quite individual in their decor which always adds to the interest and much better than staying in a chain hotel. Very convenient for the town centre square with a choice of bars and restaurants. Underground car park (Indigo) is 4 mins walk away and not expensive. Overall would definitely stay again

Perfect B&B with an excellent fresh breakfast. We had the Zen room for the two of us. It has a bubblebath and rainshower and lots of soft lighted Zen items, so it can be very romantic with the right company. Car can be parked in the street or in the parking lot opposite. The location is very convenient 200m from the city- centre with ample good restaurants and bars. Carole is a very pleasant host. Only disadvantage is, you can enter your room after 5:00pm. So 4 instead if 5 star.

My wife and I stayed for 1 night on our way to Chamonix. We were greated warmly by our hosts, Carole and Olivier, who madw us very welcomed. We were shown to our room, Zen which we accessed through a courtyard and was on the ground floor. Zen was beautifully decorated and spacious with a modern bathroom. WE were there on Valentines day and had been unable to find a table in a good quality restaurants in advance. However before our arrival our hosts had been able to find a suitable restaurant for us. As it was a mle away our hosts Olivier, took us by car and collected us at the end of the evening. This was so thoughtful and generous The next morning we had an excellent breakfast of bacon and eggs.
