We loved our stay at L'Avila! Francesca is wonderful and was very helpful during our stay. Not only does she have a great sense of humor, she is also patient (with all of our questions about the Calenques) and a great cook! My husband and I had the Orki room which was fantastic with a great view to watch the...

My wife and I actually had our hearts set on another B&B when looking for a place for our 4-day stay in Cassis in September 2015. What a stroke of luck it was that our first choice was not available for the concerned period, and we had to "settle" for the l'Avila Cassis. We had good vibes about this place...

Husband and I just spent a week driving around the south of France. We stayed at L'Avila while in Cassis, my favorite town in the south, and the place was heaven. Beautifully decorated, bright and airy, immaculately clean, gorgeous big windows and balconies facing the pool and beyond that, the sea. Perfect breakfast. Francesca, the owner, is wonderful - we...

My best friend and I stayed at L'Avila in June during a 2 week holiday. It was an amazing experience, one of our best stays in France. I cannot say enough great things about Francesca, she was an amazing hostess. She went out of her way everyday to provide the BEST for us. We had a beautiful breakfast with cheeses,...

Wonderful hostess, well designed rooms, parking and great location for walking into town (it's hilly). We are determined to stay there again. Pool looked lovely, but it was too chilly outside to use it when we were there. Two adults with a small child. Everything seemed thought through and considerate.

This Bed and Breakfast is very confortable, since the moment you arrive you feel like home. Franchesca, the owner, makes your stay realy pleasant and tells the best places to go and visit. I should say that the price is rather high for this type of accomodation but it is worth it. The town of Cassis is very hilly so...

Excellent stay. Particular highlight was the care and attention Francesca and her staff/family had for the upkeep of the beautiful property and the happiness of the guests. Francesca really helped us out when we couldn't get a taxi to take us to Marseilles and almost missed the Semi Final of Euro 2016!!

Francesca could be any of us busy Londoners who dream of running a B&B in Provence. And she does it to perfection. Passionate about her job, and wants her guests to love Cassis as much as she does. Our room had gorgeous views over the port, vineyards and Calanques and the villa is walking (or running, which we did lots...

My husband and I spent 2 days in this beautiful place. Francesca really makes you feel welcome, gives you tips on restaurants, excursions etc. and serves a fantastic breakfast. The Orki room was beautiful decorated and was very clean and we enjoyed the terrasse where we had a view over the town and the sea. If we come back to...

First visit to France and we chose the perfect spot to start unwinding. Cassis is an outstanding seaside village and Francesca is the top of the class as owner and host. Very responsive for months leading up to our trip with insightful answers to so many random questions. Although she had never met us, when I mentioned I was hoping...
