Stayed here in end of september beginning of october 2016 for the second time. Condos are clean, have all you need, and are, depending what you chose, close to the beach as well. Friendly and helpfull staff. Cause we were here in the last week before season ends. Most of the restaurants had half shut down already (limited availability on...

This was a cool place that almost felt a little like "glamping".. Good size cabins that are right on Pampellone Beach, one of the very few places to stay on this famous beach.. The rooms are large with a living room, bedroom and a hot tub outside.. (We were in room 4, I cannot remember the exact room type but...

Stayed here for 3 nights in September in a premium garden hut (300). The huts are basically caravans which have been done up a bit, but it was comfy and the facilities were good. Had a slight issue where the power tripped one night due to a faulty toaster but the staff were very quick to send someone out the...

We travelled as a group ...I had a one bedroom villa and my friends had a 2 bed. The villas are right next to the beach and are very well stocked inside. Brilliant fridge and freezer, 4 ring gas hob, microwave etc. Great shower, the sofa was a large sofa bed, and the small second bedroom was tiny with two...

Was there the beginning of September with my wife and my 19 months old boy (our second time there): + location (tiki hutte at the beach are great if your child takes a nap during the day) + facilities (hutte itself -nespresso, 2 TVs, completely temperature controlled- and restaurants nearby) + zanzibar is a must + places to see: Ramatuelle,...

It's been a few years since we stayed at Kon Tiki but so pleased to find the place even better on our return. We had the premium huts - much preferred to the standard. Was lovely and quiet area (140) I have to say we were pleased because our hut was slightly off the beaten track, some closer to beach...

Low level of comfort. Rooms very small. Mattresses very low quality. Bedding cheap and doesn't fit properly. Floors creak. Stayed in Premium unit for three days. A/c worked well and new shower is an improvement over the older units. Paid € 170 per night, not good value in terms of comfort. Location is good and a good choice for families....

We stayed on the beach at the point farthest from the livelier bars for 1 week and had a wonderful stay (a perfect holiday). We decided to stay an extra night at the last minute and were moved to a hut right next to Pirata Bar and Zanzibar (nightclubs on Tiki beach I believe) which made it a completely different...

“In the bedroom there was not enough light. The bed in the "living/kitchen"area made a terrible sound every time you move during your sleep. Renovation of lighter colours could be done. Everything is very braun.”

“The Tiki family first row (located closest to entrance) which had a nice view of the vineyard and sunset which was fab. I'm sure the huts located right on the beach are most convenient for use during the day but you do have less privacy. The site is not too big so you are never far from the beach or other amenities.”
