I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, which is set in the middle of the Camargue. Unfortunately, I didn't have too much time, as my advoce would be to arrive early or stay a few days and make use of the hotels facilities. The lounge and bar area are delightful! The hotel also boasts some nice grounds with rooms... More

Nice little rooms organised around a little pond. Nice ammenities (boiler in rooms) and good breakfast. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Perfect to discover the region. They can also organize horse riding.

This relatively small sized hotel in the Camargue, very close to the sea, is run by a manager who simply loves her guests. On our arrival we were welcomed by a younger staff member who also spoke English quite well. She displayed a kind of genuine, maybe overwhelming friendliness and interest in the feelings and requests of the hotel guests,... More

We stayed at La Tramontane last year and had a really good time, this year we travelled with our Daughter, Son-in-law and Grandson who was 10months old, he developed spots on the journey and Laurence on reception confirmed it was chicken pox, the staff and owner were very helpful, we had a wonderful time once again. On Arrival, friendly staff. The girl spoke very good English and explained us everything, showed us the hotel facilities and took us to the rooms. The rooms are partially renovated, the double room had a renovated bathroom, the 3 bed room has a big bathroom, but it was not renovated lately. The rooms are big enough and are clean. You... More

There's not much to add to the accolades previously posted on TripAdvisor. The staff is warm, welcoming and helpful. The rooms are pleasant and everything functions as it should. The grounds are wonderful. I enjoyed sitting out on my patio in the evenings and listen to the sounds coming from the pond area (frogs croaking, nightbirds calling, etc.). My experience... More

We were pleasantly surprised by many things: really welcoming staff. The owner, Beatrice and the receptionist gave us great advice on restaurants. The grounds are beautifully kept, and the pool looked great, if a little cold for us (we live elsewhere in Provence and tend to be picky about warm water!). The room was also spotless and the bathroom really... More

We chose this hotel randomly on Tripadvisor, as we were looking for a romantic getaway for our anniversary. We spent 4 nights in a superior double room(19). Upon arrival, we were greeted very warmly and escorted to our room which, I must say, truly exceeded our expectations. The hotel owner clearly does this as a passion, because you can immediately... When you arrive at La Tramontane you are welcomed as being part of the family. You get a tour around the grounds and you get your room. I had room nr 4, and I wasnt dissapointed, the room was exactly like in the pictures, kitch but it fits in the overall look and feel of the hotel. All the rooms... More

La Tramontane is your wonderful home-away-from-home. The staff is a unique mixture of professional & friendly. The rooms are good, the pool area is fantastic, the breakfast/dinner room is faboulous, and the food is marvellous. Madame (the owner) is ever-present, ever-cheerful, always at your service, always nice. The staff is very knowledgeable about everything this wonderful area, Le Camargue, has... More
