Was here for a cycling event. No frills room, breakfast was okay. But staff was super accommodating and helpful. All met my expectations other than the staff which exceeded my expectations. Would come back.

Went here on a school trip and well.. The rooms were very small and really warm, the radiators were on full and there was only a balcony door that could be open for fresh air; the balcony was also shared between 3 rooms which meant other people could walk in if they wanted too.

Dear K4t13g I am extremely sorry to read your review. It is extremely upsetting as the feedback we had in resort from the group leaders was mostly excellent, scoring an average of 90%. Every year we work to improve the standard of the hotels based on customer feedback, and we always strive to offer the best possible service. With regards to the evening meals, we have had excellent feedback this season regarding food and quantities have never been an issue before especially as breakfast and lunch are a buffet service. WiFi is only available in the public areas and we provide a limited service. We would welcome the opportunity to have your school stay with ourselves again and in future please make the management team aware of issues so that they can be addressed immediately ensuring that your experience is positive.

Why is your hotel so bad???
Thank you for your question and I am disappointed that your experience whilst staying at the hotel was deemed so poor as the feedback received from all groups that stayed in the hotel during April was positive. I would welcome any further information concerning your stay and indeed if you could advise which group you travelled with, this will help with regards to investigating further why your experience was not what we would expect our guests to receive.

Thanks for your question. The hotel does have limited WiFi in the bar and lounge which is free of charge. Speak to the hotel staff when you arrive for more information.

Thanks for your question, from the reviews on this site I can understand why you are asking. As a specialist operator we cater especially for group travel which is demanding on the hotels over the very short Ski season. This is very different to traditional couples and family hotels which enables us to focus on the specific needs of our groups. Our hotel staff are passionate about ski and work hard to ensure the group enjoy the hotel and enjoy the main reason for the holiday, the skiing and group activities! Due to the nature of our product and clients, we don’t receive many reviews online, for example the hotel has been just about full every week since the start of the season (1000’s of visitors) yet we have received just 3 reviews. We don’t always get it all right and we encourage feedback in resort to help remedy any problems. Based on this feedback this season so far, 96% of group leaders rated the hotel overall either Good or Excellent. Based on feedback from this season, we are already planning our summer projects which include work on the hotel and the purchase of new skis to replace our older equipment. All staff receive training at the start of next season in all areas of the hotel from the kitchen baking fresh croissants and bread in the hotel through to Ski fit certification from Salomon for the ski technician. All of this will go to ensuring you have the best possible stay in our hotel. Thanks again for your question and also thank you to the others who have responded.

Hi Sally and Joe, we are busy getting everything ready for our first guests and are all looking forward to Christmas! We were planning on having the main dinner around 7:30pm but can arrange an early sitting for our special little guests. We can work together on this when you’re here.
