Do not be taken in by the photos. This hotel is in dire need of knocking down. It is shabby, dirty, doesn't offer the pool and jacuzzi as advertised and smells horrible. Suffice to say I didn't want to take my shoes off. There was no mattress cover, the rooms either side had not been used in many years, locks... More

We've tried this hotel for one night ! My God !!! I have never seen a worst hotel in my life. 190 euros for 1 night 😡, no frige, no tv , hair all over the place, breakfast was a joke .....some ham, some cheese, tea, that's it ! Trust me, i've seen some places in my life but this... More

Hotel without any Luxery, but a nice view. Near to the ski lift of the litle domain. A good skiër has plenty of time and can easely go around to the other domain. Old room for storing your skis and boots, no heating!! Take them to your room! Old borring bedrooms, good matras but separeted beds put close to each... More

This hotel excels at unfulfilled promises. We booked the hotel with a family, and paid in advance for an all inclusive ski experience. However, upon arrival in the early morning it turned out that breakfast wasn't included the first day, and had to be paid extra, just like an additional tourist tax that wasn't included in the price either. The... More

Clarines is run by friendly, helpful staff. The bar provides all that you need to replenish yourselves after a day on the slopes. The building is fairly dated but functions well and the shower and baths have plenty of hot water to go around. There is a spacious games room in the basement which is ideal for larger groups to... We stayed here mid January with a large group (about 50) of friends for a fun week of skiing but there is no way we'll be returning. I don't have a large appetite but even I was left hungry following the so called dinners at this hotel. We'd paid for a 3 course meal each night but it's not what... More

We stayed in room 34 and have similar experience to what others have shared already. * Great view overlooking the village and mountains. Sunny in the morning. * Friendly hotel staff. * Free WiFi. * Make your own lunch package during breakfast. * There's a ski-lift next to the hotel providing easy slope access when there's snow. There was none... More

Stayed here for 4 nights with a group. Stayed in room 25 and was pleased that the bathroom has been renovated and is now clean with modern fixtures and fittings. Bedroom was clean and mattress was good. Breakfast was continental and there was a nice variety of breads, cheese, salami, fresh fruit and juices.
