Went on my first ski trip with my friends rather than with school or college which we booked with Crystal who I would highly recommend. 4 of us stayed in a studio. The facilities are modern and clean which is the most important thing. Others may say yes it had a TV but who really cares it's all in French... More

typical french alpine 70's hotel. you feel like sleeping in an u-boot. there's not enough space for doors to open, bunk beds are 195cm long (makes sleeping risky, when you're 198, as I am), sleeping sofa looks old and tired with life. quite a good kitchen stuff and new tv though. excelent location.

when arriving at France we were met by a crystal rep which allowed the process to run quickly and effectively, however the bus driver took 3 hours to drive an hour and a half route as he kept getting lost, which made for a slightly uncomfortable journey. We arrived at andromede apartments at 5:00 after waiting around several hours for... More

I went with university so not the quietest of people and wasnt expecting 5* hotel. The hotel has no reception. You have to walk down town to a different place to ask for any help or comment on the rooms. Thr door wouldnt lock with one of.our 2 keys. 4 people sharing 2 keys is not enough. 1 lift and... More

Hi, I thought I would leave a review on here to redress some of the negative reviews - and it looks like somebody has done the same as it appears like they stayed the same week as us (New Year 2013/2014) and on the same floor. We had room 86 on the 4th floor. The balcony looked out over the... More

My bf and i decided to go away on a last min ski holiday for the new year at reasonable price. We booked our Les 2 alpes packaged holiday through Qwerty Travel with James Adams who's been a great help finding us this budget holiday. At first i was very weary about staying at this hotel but after seeing that... More

I recently stayed in this residence for a week whilst skiing with my parents and boyfriend and under no circumstances would I recommend this place to anyone or would I dare set foot in the building again. The below are just some of the problems we encountered between the 2 rooms we had: - Shower drains were blocked which resulted... More

Dont even think about it, these apartments must certainly be rated the worst imaginable. The electical sockets are either hanging off the walls or dont work, you need to shower at speed otherwise the bathroom will flood due to the water not draining away as the plug hole is completely blocked with years of hair and whatever else you can...
