Just enjoyed 7 day break at Hotel Christiania, with group of fellow French students from Perth College, Scotland. Accommodation and food was really good, and we were very well looked after by Ashley, Kim and Chris, the Chef, great staff. Rooms small, but very clean and comfortable, dinners each night very tasty. Would use this hotel again.

After reading reviews of this hotel we were expecting so much more than we got. The great reviews are for the winter time and in the summer the hotel is taken over by Alpine Elements and the experience is somewhat different. The hotel staff are friendly and welcoming but made up of a significant amount of “Gap Yah’s” who are... More

Just got back after a weeks vacation staying at Hotel Christiania. Holiday organised by Alpine Elements was brilliant. Activities included bikes for three days, white water rafting and free multi passes for all ski lifts, buses, mini-train and swimming pools. Food was very good and service was excellent. We were a party of nine and the staff were exceptional and... More

Myself and my brother arrived on the sunday afternoon for a week of biking. we arrived at around 1:30 with the room all ready to check into. My only issue with the whole trip was that the coach dropped us off a short walk from the hotel. Not an issue for ourselves but some smaller kids may start kicking off.... More

Before booking this hotel, I read many previous reviews so we were really looking forward to this holiday. We stayed from 24/7 to 31/7. Unfortunately in my opinion the hotel experience we had was not what we were expecting. Whilst there was nothing serious, it was many small issues that resulted in a disappointing experience. Rooms The room we stayed... More

We had a really good break, with paddle boarding, white water rafting, mountain biking, swimming and walking all included in the package. We also paid for additional horse riding. The food was excellent and we always enjoyed going down for dinner. If you didn't like the sound of the menu during the day, you could always request something else, so... More

I was expecting a whole lot more from this what was listed as a 4* hotel. We arrived late on a Sunday night, to a warm welcome from the hotel manager Hannah. We were booked into room 26. It was very small and sadly had no balcony. The room beds were comfortable and we had lots of towels. The TV... More

I don't know if we were unlucky and had a bad week but we really wasn't impressed with some elements of this "hotel" - more like a boot camp/student dormitary!! Pros: Great food - a good bonus and hats off to the chef Friendly staff although very young students and didn't know how to handle any complaint/criticism Good location Beautiful... More

My family and I have just returned from a great week's holiday at Hotel Christiania in Les Gets. From the moment of arrival, we were made to feel like part of an extended group of friends. The staff across the board were extremely polite and courteous, nothing was too much trouble (e.g. if the kids didn't like something in the... More

We arrived at 2pm to a locked up reception& a help yourself to your keys note....ok I thought, not quite what I expected. After figuring out parking, ski storage (outside in a shed) etc with the help of fellow guests we slowly settled in to what soon emerged as a very friendly, fantastically positioned hotel with lovely meals!!
