We travelled as a group of couples occupying 4 of the 5 bedrooms. After reading previous reviews about the chalet I wasn't expecting much on our arrival, however we were all pleasantly surprised. Yes, the rooms are a little small but there is plenty of storage space for clothes and several places you could store your luggage. Each room has...

Thank you Nikki T for taking the time to review your recent Ski Total holiday in the Chalet Chamois, which we're pleased to learn was a great success and enjoyed by your party and the other guests with whom you became friendly over the course of the week. We're pleased that your Host contributed so much to your amazing holiday...

I stayed at Chalet Chamois in early Feb 2016. It was booked by a friend for the group of 10 I was travelling with and I was expecting the worst given the reviews on here already. However, I could not have been happier with my experience. First of all our host, Nicola, was absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly thoughtful and...

Thanks Jack A for your thorough review of your group's experience in the Chalet Chamois, where it's great to hear that you were well looked after by your Host, Nicola, who catered well for your group throughout the week. The Chamois is indeed a great choice for groups, offering an idea communal setting, good facilities and a wonderful location for...

Stayed at Chamois in Feb 2016 with a group of 10 and it was lovely. Nicola, the chalet host, couldn't have been nicer and the food was very good. There is plenty of room in the living space and although the bedrooms are small, they are perfectly serviceable. It's a 5 min walk to the main pistes - 8 minutes...

Thank you for taking the time to review your experience in the Chalet Chamois, Tonia H. It's great to hear that the chalet met the needs of your group well, and that you enjoyed the dining and communal areas of the chalet and the service of your Host, Nicola. We're glad that your Ski Total experience was a good one,...

We booked this chalet on a late deal, £619 for a 4* catered chalet was a real good find, so we thought! The rooms are so small you're stepping over your suitcase when going to the bathroom, they also had no locks on the doors so you share a chalet with strangers whilst not being able to keep valuables locked...

We're sorry to learn that the Chamois did not live up to your expectations. Our chalets are rated using our own diamond system, which cannot be compared to a hotel star classification system. Meals in our catered chalets are always provided as a set menu. whereas we do offer a choice of dishes within each course in our Chalet Hotels.We...

Myself and 9 others stayed here in early Feb and we all enjoyed it and would go back there. The bedrooms are small yes but it doesn't matter for the little time you are in them, all have 2 single beds. Living space is good although a bit of a squeeze on the sofas with 10 adults but at least...

8 of us stayed in the chalet (4 adults, 4 teenagers). Bedrooms were small, but you don't spend much time in them. Bathrooms also small, but showers were very good. Lounge area was fine, with good TV and DVD player. Only 2 sofas, which was a bit of a nuisance with 4 long teenagers. Location was excellent. 2 minutes walk...

This chalet was terrible the rooms were tiny the showers were broken the whole place was falling apart and should not be rated 4+ . The best thing was our chalet host but she had a coughy helper from Bradford near Leeds. The skiing was brilliant and the. Snow was great but wouldn't go back again.

Nothing like the photograph with lounge seating for 8 only (at a push), disappointing as we were a group of 10. Showers repaired half way through holiday with heat but no pressure. Rooms are very small so don't pack too much, and the en-suite is a tight squeeze. Overall a very grubby and tired apartment which has spurned our group...

It is disappointing that ‘David G’ and the group with whom he travelled have chosen to book with an alternative operator for their ski holiday next year rather than return with Ski Total on the basis of their experience in the Chalet Chamois, which they feel did not meet with their expectations. As many a seasoned skier will know, space...

I am at a loss to understand how total ski can grade this as 4 plus. The rooms are so small you can't unpack your suitcase. The en-suite showers have no pressure and no hot water. The only shower of any use was in the sauna room. Despite numerous requests, nothing was done to address this, blaming the owner for...

The Chalet Chamois has been awarded our in-house 4 diamond ‘plus’ rating on the basis of guest feedback that we have received since the addition of the chalet to our programme in the 2005/6 season, coupled with management opinion of the chalet. We regret that the chalet did not meet this reviewer’s expectations. We pride ourselves on our excellent relationships...

Tigne is a nice resort, some good places to eat on the Chalet hosts day off. Slopes not good for beginnners. The chalet was convenient for the ski bus to the lifts. The Chalet Chamois has featured in our programme since the 2005/6 season and has proven very popular with our guests, so it is disappointing that this reviewer does not share this opinion and was disappointed.
