This was our first time in Tignes, we chose this hotel as it was ski in and ski out. however there are about 30 steps down to the piste area and these are difficult in ski boots and carrying skis so we hired a locker in Mountain Story for €30 for a two person locker and kept our boots and skis there. The hotel is great, the food is excellent, the cheese buffet was a wonder to behold. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The wine is expensive but good and they will keep a half finished bottle until your next meal. We had a superior room with views over the piste, it is worth it.
We used the spa facilities every day after skiing, the jacuzzi, outdoor pool , sauna and steam really helped with after ski relaxation.
Free buses run to other parts of the ski area but we did not use them as we found it possible to get around using the lift system. Signage was good on piste. Early morning , about 7.15am, avalanche clearing explosions were a good alarm clock!

We had such a wonderful stay at your lovely hotel. Nothing was too much trouble, rooms clean and comfortable with really hot water, free toiletries, lots of towels, hairdryer...We ate in hotel restaurant nearly every night, it was delicious food, veggie and vegan options on request, my husband enjoyed the spa, perfect location for skiing and we were given advice about rental equipment etc.
Staff were friendly and polite but also let us get on with out family holiday in peace. We just loved it.

Merci!

Myself and my two teenage children stayed for 5 nights. The location of the hotel is ideal in the centre of Tignes 2100 just 5 min walk from the ski lifts and facilities. The spa and boot room on the bottom floor is well set up for preparing for skiing and some relaxation. The family room was comfortable if ia little tight and in need of little updating. It had a balcony and great view of the slopes. We stayed on a half board basis and my 2 children are Coeliac (severe gluten allergy). The hotel staff including the chef could not have been more accomodating - including cooking a separate dish for my daughter on request - and we were all able to enjoy lovely meals without issue. We also took advantage of the 'dine around' capability with one of the other hotels and the food was similarly excellent and accommodating of our circumstances. The staff helped us with everything from sourcing ski passes, organising transfers and receiving amazon parcels. They were friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend for a very comfortable stay in a relaxed friendly atmosphere with access to the ski slopes.

We have been absolutely blown away by this gem of a hotel; it really is incredibly special.

From the moment we arrived the Manager, Remi, and his staff have been extraordinarily warm and welcoming. Abdul had also been so very helpful in ever way. Everyone is so accommodating of all of our requests; booking restaurants, giving us loads of tips and helping us in any way they can.

The food is truly exceptional; we love food and this is the best food we have ever had any hotel on our many trips abroad from London.

The hotel itself is beautiful with gorgeous rooms, fantastic restaurant (you can also eat at other restaurants as part of the half board package), a wonderful pool and a fabulous spa. It is set in the perfect location with a view of the snow covered mountains and where restaurants, skiing and shops are all only minutes away.

We came to celebrate our wedding anniversary and my husband's birthday; what a special treat. We will definitely be back.

A huge thank you to Remi and his team for the best stay we could ever have dreamed of.

Just back from a weeks skiing with Crystal ski. Positives, close to slopes, (can hear snow ploughs v early in morning) excellent food, compliments to the chef, very pleasant staff especially in the restaurant.
Slight niggles, paid for quad room with Crystal which I don’t see on the website, is a mezzanine room that required accessing the bed from one side only with a very low ceiling, requested a move to another room which was obliged, got similar room but much larger upstairs thankfully! The water pressure not great when having a shower, otherwise room was adequate and clean.
Other niggle, the walk from the boot room to the road is down a slope and is frankly treacherous, especially for the over 50s. The hotel do have an arrangement with a local shop to store ski equipment if you hire from them or bring your own, Crystal do not use this shop, but the hotel did kindly arrange and helped bring our ski equipment to the shop they use.

The staff and food at this hotel are the stand out features. They really couldn’t do enough for us from the moment we arrived. The food was a very high standard. On 2 nights the kitchen staff agreed to feed our 2 in the bar at 6pm and then plate up our meal to eat in our room as the kids were so tired from their full days on the slopes. As I said they couldn’t so enough to make our stay very enjoyable.

We had a superb stay at hotel Les campanules. The location is super, Remy and his team were incredibly helpful and friendly (apart from the chef who was unable to accommodate any of the clients wishes) and rooms delightful. The food in general was a little complicated but nice, the children's menu however was not so good and the chef was very unaccommodating.

Cannot make any complaints about our stay. The staff were so helpful and friendly, always went above and beyond when they could, the whole service was great. Cleanliness was immaculate, room was cleaned very well daily. We would definitely stay here again. The location was perfect, short walk to the ski shop to collect gear daily and make any adjustments and were in the lifts in minutes.

Traditional lodge style hotel with a short 5 mins walk to get to the ski-lifts. Clean and well kept accommodation and a bathroom that is well stocked with toiletries. The staff are all very helpful and friendly and eager to help.

Breakfast was great, continental style, but we found the evening meal menu a bit too high-end when travelling with kids and young adults. Options such as octopus and rack of rabbit didn't appeal to them.

All in all, a great hotel. The pictures on Trip Advisor are accurate.

We were upgraded to a mountain view room as the hotel wasn't full and it was a spectacular view! Room was cozy but there was enough room for two of us and our stuff. The lounge area on the main floor is inviting and cozy, and you can borrow playing cards and other games. The breakfast was very good and provided savory and sweet options. We opted for half board and visited the partner restaurants as well as the hotel restaurant and liked some better than others. As it is taste-dependent, I recommend trying all the restaurant options if you chose half-board. Had a lovely massage in the hotel spa and enjoyed the sauna. The hotel is walk on/walk off to the slopes, not ski on/off. The hill you walk down is steep and slippery so ask if you can leave your skis at their partner ski shop, Vallon Blanc, for a much easier walk across the street to the slopes. Took the AlpyBus to and from Geneva Airport which was convenient. Will definitely return for another ski holiday.

This hotel is not in Chamonix. It is in Tignes. Check it out on a map. Bourg St Maurice is the nearest station.
