Myself and my partner stayed here beginning of Feb 2020. We cannot believe this hotel is only 3 star! It should be minimum 4 star, not only for the gorgeous interior and cosy vibes, but the staff were so helpful and sweet. The food was amazing!! The only downside being that the 3 course evening menu is a set menu. They will cater for you though if you are vegetarian or don’t like the meat option. This suited us fine but if you are a fussy eater, you may struggle. The cosy library and lounge rooms are perfect after an evening on the slopes with an open fire and games to play. The spa was brilliant also, especially as we had bad weather the first couple of days (although you do have to pay extra to use the spa each time). Perfect location from the slopes, 2 minute walk max. The rooms are on the small side however have everything in them that you need and they don’t feel cramped. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to go back. Don’t be put off by the 3 stars!!!

We were in room 310 which did not have a balcony and is at the back of the hotel and it was really quiet. Speaking to people who had balcony rooms at the front of the hotel they said there were no chairs on the balcony and that they heard a lot of noise from a local nightclub. Our room was small but there is really good storage. For meals you had to book any time after 7am for which sitting you wanted of 6, 7, 8 and 9. If you don't get down at 7 the slots that are left are 6 or 9. When you do go for your meal you are not rushed . I thought the food was good it was a 3 course menu. The breakfast was great. We used the spa jacuzzi which cost 9 euros for spa access for an hour The outdoor jacuzzi is great with amazing views. 4 and 5pm are good times to go as quiet. They allow a maximum of 10 guests in the spa at a time. My husband had a massage which he said was good . The room cleaning was not great but this felt like it was due to lack of staff as opposed to the cleaners not working hard. The location of the hotel is great minutes from the parafour lift. All of the staff were friendly and helpful and we would return again

Stayed as a group of four (two rooms of two) in February 2022. The hotel suited our needs of a place to stay whilst skiing. One room was balcony, one non-balcony, the balcony room was around 1m longer in length which made it much more spacious. The balcony rooms also have a great view across the lake of the mountains and Val Claret. The bathrooms are a glass box with the middle section frosted and a see through curtain (perhaps a black out curtain would suit better, just a thought), this is fine for couples but I can imagine this would be a little awkward for two friends staying in a room together. The staff were all very welcoming and friendly (especially Jakub), the restaurant and bar area of the hotel is posh but unfortunately we were not as impressed with the food. We paid for half board, the hotel also offers a menu for external guests to book, which is much more appetising than the meals offered to half board. We were unimpressed with the lack of options to change a course at dinner, for example there were a lot of fish dishes. The hotel has a pizza oven but none of the evening meals included pizza, you had to pay extra for this which was a shame. The hotel could improve by offering more choices for the evening meal. We were happy with breakfast, there were plenty of hot and cold options available. Finally, sitting out on the terrace in the sun after a days skiing was beautiful.

The hotel is in a great central location

The food is also excellent and alternatives are available if you didn’t want the main menu , or had an allergy.

The rooms are clean and comfortable and were cleaned everyday, flat screen TV and shower.we had two single beds, suites are available at an extra cost.

The Spa offers a hot tub is a welcome relief for tired legs , but you have to book and pay for this, all our party members said it was great value .

The Palafor or Toviere bubble lift is a 5 min walk away and you can ski within 100 m from the front door via the blue run served by the Palafor chair lift.

The hotel is in a great location to access the local shops, bars ( Moose and Marmot ) and restaurants. In addition to this you can quickly access the huge area that makes up the Espace Killy from here .

Minor issues - all resolvable . The WiFi needs to be much better , it’s a basic requirement now for the majority of our group. Most of our group used 4G

There could be a better selection of TV channels for the non skiers / boarders, or the days when it’s chucking it down with snow !

The ski room smells and it was a daily challenge to get ski gear out of the ground floor room .

Take a bow , Langley and your fantastic hotel staff we had a great holiday . Previously we have stayed at Val Claret and the location opens up different possibilities to travel through out this great ski area .

We had a great time

My normal ski resort accommodation tends to be chalets or club hotels where the catering can be variable, however this was definitely NOT the case at the Langley. We stayed half board and both breakfasts and dinners were excellent. I should say we were there on a half board package with UK Tour operator, Crystal.
Breakfast was a buffet with a selection of hot and cold options and, should you want to do so, plenty with which you could make yourself a packed lunch. Dinners were three courses and really tasty. The lamb shank on Sunday night was particularly worthy of mention, falling beautifully off the bone. There was a vegetarian option
every night too, should you dislike the main offering.
The rooms were small, of that there is no doubt, but they made good use of the space with room under the bed designed to take your case and a good variety of both hanging and drawer options as well. The ensuite was a glass box with etched glass and a curtain to protect your modesty (fine for a couple, perhaps).
We used the excellent spa twice during our week's stay and also had a sports massage on day three which was energising and not too expensive at €50 for 30 minutes. The booking system they use where only a limited number of guests get to use the spa at the same time was a very smart move as it gave the spa a very relaxed feel.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and based on my experience would definitely consider a Langley Hotel again.

Just returned from a week skiing in Tignes. Hotel is friendly with helpful staff the rooms are small but clean and modern with on suite wc and shower although privacy is minimal due to the non locking bathroom door and curtain covered glass shower cubicle that backs up to the bed. Soap and shampoo are available in the shower and also the sink in the wc so you could save travel weight if you need to. The food was amazing even though we were not sure if we would like many of the dishes from the description but was alway pleasantly surprised as we are fussy eaters, they would always ask if we had allergies or if we really didn't want something and I did see gusts having chips in place of risotto. There is a heated boot room with ski storage this does get very busy and can be a pain to get your skis in and out. All in all a great trip and I expect I will return here in future.

Went on skiing holiday through Crystal ski from 8th to 15th Feb. Easy check in when we arrived @3pm. Room a bit tight but very well thought out, very clean, with lovely warm showers and were south facing with nice balcony and lovely views. Used Spa 1 evening very nice and was badly needed after 4 long days skiing with €7 cost pp. Breakfast was very nice buffet style loads of choice. Dinner was a 3 course set menu but 1 of our group didn't eat fish and was well looked after both nights. Was worried about half board option but was very impressed by quality always sent back clean plates.
Staff were excellent throughout, were very pleasant and from all over the world. Seemed to really like working there and it showed in how they dealt with customers.
Location excellent 5 mins walk to lifts, ski 2000 hire shop just across the rd and could ski to door in evening if you ski down from blue run above hotel in behind the bins across from front door!!! Very good but tight ski room with heated boot racks. All 4 in group would definitely return. Rooms 204 and 205

My partner and I returned to Tignes 2100 Langley Hotel for the second time, our first visit being in 2020. When we originally visited the food and atmosphere of the hotel was great, unfortunately our experience this time around was very different! The food was really not great, cold and a set menu. If you don’t like it then tough, we asked for pizza one evening instead as neither of us liked the menu for the evening and we were told we had to pay extra for this. The soft drinks are poured out of a bottle and are flat and warm. Breakfast is okay. In terms of the rooms, they are beautifully decorated but they are boiling hot of a night. We turned our thermostat right down to 10 degrees and still it was unbearably hot. The shower hole has an awful sewerage smell coming from it, whenever we would return to the room it smelt horrid. In addition to this, we had a room that was 3 rooms away from the lift. It was so noisy It kept us up virtually all night, god knows why people were coming up and down the lift at such hours of the night but they were. On our floor, there were pizza boxes left on the window seals that were there when we arrived and there when we left with mouldy pizza in. There were drinks left by people, again there from early in the week and there when we left (attached photos). On one particular night, a member of a rowdy group of guests that were in a room on our floor was stomping up and down the corridor at gone 12 o’clock at night and banging so loudly on his door. I came out of the room to see what was going on and he was but naked, so drunk that he couldn’t even speak. I had to go down stairs to reception in my pyjamas to get them to deal with him. It’s a shame as we loved the hotel after our first visit, hence why we returned, but we are so disappointed with our experience this time around we would never return here. The only positives are the location, the lovely decor and most of the staff were friendly, everything else about the hotel is very poor.

Brilliant hotel, centrally located, lovely and very helpful staff.
Food on HB basis is great but was not always to my taste but I was always offered the vegetarian option or the opportunity to upgrade to the A La Carte menu for a small cost.
The toiletries supplied in the room are lovely and there is a hairdryer in the room. Towels are a good size and the room was tidied and cleaned daily.
The bus journey from the airport was a complete bore and would not recommend doing this through Crystal Ski, we had to wait for other flights and this took too long. The bus drops you at the centre and you have to wait for a mini bus to take you to your hotel, this only took 15 mins to arrive. The view from the rooms are stunning and I cannot fault the breakfast, loads of hot and cold options and always a croissant available. Cereals, yoghurt with granola and cold meats and scrambled eggs. The skiing is fantastic and cannot recommend this place enough! We will be back!!

This was our third time in a Langley Hotel. This one was nicely decorated and modern. Rooms basic but comfortable and warm with outstanding views of le Lac.
Staff were friendly and helpful but poorly trained and disorganised. We put this down to the fact that this was the start of the season and the hotel seemed rather unprepared for the amount of bookings. This was particularly apparent in the dining area. Breakfast was rather haphazard with insufficient bacon, eggs, sausages etc for the amount of people who wanted them. One old, pathetically small toaster which was completely insufficient for the volume of clients who wanted toast. Evening meals were ok but fuss pots beware! There was NO choice at all in the menu... well the choice was you either ate it or left it. The Langley hotels we’ve stayed in previously did offer an element of choice if the meal was not to your liking.
Some staff were unable to work the coffee machine which either came out luke warm or like sludge. Lack of training and/or experience was apparent.
Despite these niggles we did enjoy our stay here and we believe that as the season progresses, the hotel staff will become more competent and organised.
In short: good value for money ski hotel with average food/drink.
Tip: take a kettle and make your own tea/coffee!
