We visited the Lecrin last April 2016, with Mark Warner. Would highly recommend this resort and hotel, as ours was a last minute holiday me and my husband ended up going in the Easter holidays, we were surrounded by lots of family's however we still had a nice bunch on our social table. The hotel and its position, food, rooms...

We travelled as a couple who in previous years had stayed in a very nice hotel in Austria, and who had never been on a Mark Warner holiday - why have I waited so long? I think the most significant difference was the staff and the attention to detail in every aspect of our stay. Although it was the last...

Lovely hotel, made us feel well cared for and looked after....nothing too much. Great location, excellent facilities, food just what we needed, lovely light cake after skiing and tasty meal in the evening. Childcare was brilliant, staff obviously enjoyed their work and children loved being in the kids club, made a big difference to everyone having a great time. Thank...

I wouldn't score this high by Austrian, Italian, Swiss or US standards, but it is good for France. A fairly new Chalet Hotel done in a traditional style. Most of the perks of a hotel, but no room service and the staff get Thursday night off in Chalet custom where guests need to find alternate places for evening dinner. Child...

Mixed review of mixed reviews: Let's start with the positives. The location is good, bus stops right outside and it's a fairly short level walk to the ski lifts. The town can be accessed via a public lift to the rear of the hotel. The staff are excellent. Really helpful, particularly the crèche staff. No problems here, full marks. The...

This Mark Warner chalet hotel is very well run by Matt Davis with very high standards of cleanliness and a much better than average standard of hospitality, courtesy and friendliness by the staff. The restaurant food was also of a pretty good standard. As a vintage skier, I have been skiing with family parties for many years in Europe and...

At last! After years of paying thousands of pounds on a family ski holiday and turning up and being disappointed with the hotel's value for money - Mark Warner's Chalet L'Ecrin is definitely a winner. The hotel oozes charm. The interior is almost like being in a pretty Austrian resort. Very rustic yet warm and cosy. Bedrooms:- were still a...

Mark Warners hotel here is the prime example of what great customer service should look like. A credit to the manager and the team, we had a great stay, the staff were fab, made our holiday really enjoyable, always happy to help and offer advise of ski routes and places to go. Food was great, Danny the chef was totally...

A group of 16 (children of varying ages and adults) of us visited last week. Some had skied before and some hadn't. We all had an amazing time. The hotel was fantastic. All the staff were lovely and showed a genuine interest in you at all times. The rooms and facilities were great. The food was to a really high...
