Great location in the beautiful Alps, a short walk to the scenic lake and mountains which offer a vast variety of activities for all age groups. The hotel was clean , staff friendly and helpful. The food was superb and the offer of providing a packed lunch that you could take out each day, for a minimal charge, was an...

Dear bunceness, Thank you very much for your review. For ease of convenience, we offer packed lunches for €6 per day or €30 for the week consisting of a baguette with a choice of filling, a packet of crisps, a cereal bar, a piece of fruit and juice or water. We are glad that you thought that this option was...

The location, the Alps, is stunning. Tignes is in a 'bowl' surrounded by snow and mountains and a glacier and enjoying these whilst relaxing in the summer sun was a real treat. There is so much to do in Tignes, they are really geared up for summer activities. Tennis, table tennis, volleyball, football, loads of stuff on the lake. Plus...

This is the best holiday I have been on so far. The hotel is surrounded by stunning views and thrilling activities. The staff are very helpful and keen to make sure you are looked after. Prices where very reasonable and the structure of the holiday formed a great atmosphere between guests. I would certainly like to come here again.

I booked this as a present for my partner for his 30th birthday, its not something me or him have done before and i can say its something we would do again. When booking with Alpine Elements the choice of accommodation in Tignes was this hotel only, so it didn't leave me many options. I did try to read up...

I stayed here part of a large group from the 24th Jan- 31st. The room was clean and the communal bar area / restaurant were great. The staff were always on hand to help out and often went above and beyond expectations. The trip was well organised, alpine elements were well accommodating and the hotel was nice. I had no...

Travelled after Easter as a Father and teenage son. We originally planned to take a cheeky late season weekend, however we happened upon Alpine Elements and it proved possible to take a full week package for considerably less than a bespoke weekend. In truth my expectations were not exactly high, and in absolute fairness they were not exceeded in many...

Booked last minute for Spring skiing with Alpine Elements. The booking process and hotel/chalet staff cannot be faulted. Location is also great, pretty much ski in and ski out. On the satisfactory note the food was very basic, but choices were available. The decor is quite tired and could do with an overhaul. Shared areas ok but it would be...

Visited this small hotel at the end of February/beginning of March. For me, the hotel excelled in two areas: dinner, which was really enjoyable every night and the attitude of the staff who were very pleasant and helpful. With regards to the rest of it, it was pretty average. Hotel amenities were basic. Rooms are small and look tired but...

Just returned from 7 nights trip to Tignes for a ski trip through Alpine Elements. Hotel was a basic 3 star place. The staff are lovely and food was homely. The bar was lacking in choices and not keen on having to wait till 5pm every day for it to open and it was closed early too which made us...
