We were 4 friends snowboarding at the amazing Val thorens ski resort! We stayed at this hotel. It's very nice from the outside and also nicely designed on the inside. All the staff are super nice and friendly. Most of them speak English. I've put the advantages and disadvantages in this review. For us, it is a great hotel especially...

I've spent there a whole week with my family (2 kids) and friends(8 families with kids).... The service of the hotel was a disaster! No one to check you in after 21.30.... so for our friends we had to chase the staff( not all of them understand English) around the hotel! One family got the room with the set of...

Stayed here for a week just before Christmas, booked a family interconnecting room via Hotels.com and requested a slope view room and early check-in. Upon arrival at 1.30pm, the room wasn't ready so we went for lunch in the village and organised collection of our ski's from the local Skiset shop. Upon returning to the hotel around 4.30 our room...

Upon arrival the check-in is sometimes slow, but they do quite a good job considering the amount of large families with children that are also arriving. One downside to this hotel is that the rooms are quite small and the food is often mediocre. Putting these downsides aside, the entertainment here is great with a hilarious show in mid-week and...

Hotel provides easy access to the slopes, ski schools, shops, restaurants and bars. Rooms are refurbished but on the small side (especially for 3) though comfortable enough. Buffet style food for breakfast, lunch and dinner is adequate and is much better some days than others and includes wine at lunch and dinner (we stayed full board) If you're looking for...

It’s exactly what it says it is, a good hotel which is easily accessible from the Shops, Ski Runs, Car Park and the clubs. It provides you with everything you need for a week’s skiing. Enough comfort in your room, a nice spread for Breakfast, Lunch and dinner, Wi-Fi when it works, Spa and Sauna after a day’s skiing was...

We will never stay in this hotel again. * Rooms were not available until after 6pm * the staff were rude * we were only begrudgingly given a 2nd key for room and ski locker, a real issue when you are Skiing in different groups * the secure area we were given for our bags was left unlocked with the...
