We had planned on staying only one night but decided to extend our stay as this was a great place to recharge ourselves. We didn't use many of the facilities but had a chance to use the golf driving range and played tennis. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the clothes dryer was a great feature! It made us... The whole Vierumaki area is worth a visit for sports lovers. Vierumaki is full of attractions and sports venues to choose from. You can ice skate the whole year round, there is a good sized track and field indoors course (in top of an outdoor one), swimming hall, bowling arena, climbing park, two full length golf courses, dozens of tennis... I was happy to arrive with smiles and prompt service that made me feel welcome. The touch and feel was the same at the bar and restaurant, the food was nice and the price was reasonable. The rooms are safe and sound Scandic quality, more functional than fancy, but they do the job for me at least.

we stayed at this hotel over 5 nights, as there was a Junior Golf tournament taking place, and we did not really have much of an option. The room was done only twice and we had to ask for extra toilet paper and clean towels to be brought. Cleaning was done poorly to say the least. At check-in, we had... More

We dropped by for a one-nighter during The weekend. The hotel and surroundings offered good food and excellent indoor and outdoor activities. Our room in the Scandic Hotel Vierumäki had a cozy sizable family room, consisting of two separate rooms separated with a door. The only complaint about the room is that the double bed was worn and too soft... More

On the sport bar restaurant menu is chocolate ice cream for 4.50e. This was it. Even for Finland, this is taking the piss. We naively thought that it would be a ball of ice cream in a nicely presented bowl. The coffee here was very good though...

We had a good stay at Scandic Vierumäki. It is a modern Hotel with rooms in a good condition. Service was excellent and our dinner at Grill was very tasty. Breakfast though, in usual Scandic style, was nothing special. Scandic is the best accomodation choice in Vierumäki-area, we will be back.

Vierumäki resort has it all you need for a great sport vacation. Scandic has been the place to stay due to its great location, quality and price. There is only one minus: the service at the restaurant and sport's bar. Service takes lots of time, especially for bigger groups, even if Restaurant had been informed about the size of the... More

We stayed two nights in this hotel because we attended a agility competition with our dogs in Nastola. In this case the location was very good because we had nice surrounding walking the dogs, The room was located in first floor because of the dogs, so the view was nothing special but it was handy to get out and in.The... “Family room is actually two rooms connected with door. It creates lot of additional space. Additionally room had drying cabinets which can be used to dry wet clothes after e.g. skiing trip. Note that there is no swimming pool in hotel but it is located in different building about 1 km away from hotel.”
