We were 4 ladies on a biking holiday and this hotel was a pleasant surprise in a lovely quiet location. We thought they were kidding about the flamingoes and rainforests, so surprised to find the forest in the restaurant and the flamingoes and other birds on a well laid out small arfiticial lake, which we could gaze on whilst dining, it is well done and not crass! Welcome was friendly, bikes were locked up sercurely and the rooms were very comfortable and quiet. The food was pretty good and on site, (hotel is a few kms outside the town) the only gripe we had was to pay CHF9 for a bottle of fizzy water with our evening meal, which as Swiss residents we found really excessive.

Perfect place to stay for business or pleasure. Very clean, friendly hospital staff which couldn't be more helpful. Good choice for breakfast and enjoyable evening meal. Well located and close to motorway links, 20 mins from Bern. Highly recommend.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff are awesome - one of the girls on reception gave me a lift to where I was working ! Now that is what I call service. Food and room service was excellent too. Thanks a million and best wishes.

A lot of history the hotel was a nightclub motel at a point in time and still has some memories from those days, it is now a comfortable and modern 3 stars with simple but clean rooms and a lot of service such as gum and sauna, restaurant on site at 50m is a bit traditional and kitch but lovely food and service. Stay there for 2 times 3 days seminar and found it very convenient

Hotel is well situated if you travel by car. Parking is free. Room was good, shower was ok, in the room there were good tv, safe and they give 2 bottles of water on arrival. The breakfast was poor, not a lot of choice and often or bread finished or croissants or milk in coffe machine. Personal is quite friendly. Next to the hotel there is restaurant, it's very practical if you tired after long day of traveling to have something to eat next to the hotel, food is good, simple nothing is exceptional, prices like everywhere in Switzerland a little higher than you expect. In general everything is ok but not more. Not sure we will come back.

This hotel comes close to a resort with a zoo and shopping and very pricely dining. The hotelroom we had was adequate and clean. The restaurant (saturday night and sunday afternoon) needs to be booked before! Very popular for the good foor and fair price. We had a congress with about 100 people, the service was perfectly managed.

Receptionists were extremely helpful to us. The hotel was just beautiful. Our room was always clean and whenever we needed something they helped straight away. The food was excellent as well, some waiters didn't know how to speak english but they still tried their best to serve us. The service is a 10 out of 10! A great hotel to definitely visit! :)

We always come here to eat when in Switzerland. Excellen food especially their fitness teller and kiddies meals. Delicious desserts as well. In a beautiful setting with a pond, fountain and flamingos. Fun challenging mini golf nearby for the children.

While I got here because some big event in Bern had booked up the local hotels there, this hotel is clean, relatively large rooms, rate includes wifi and breakfast - and their restaurant has a broad selection of tasty food served quickly - wonderful for a business traveller.
