Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. It is quite corporate looking and doesn’t have much of an atmosphere. The room was fine and the bed very comfortable. There was no fridge in the room nor any coffee and tea making facilities. Only a bar of soap and tiny Rituals body lotion in bathroom. Parking in the car park next to the hotel costs £20 per 24 hours as the car park does not belong to the hotel and it’s the only car park nearby. Breakfast is 20 euros pp but there is a lot of choice. You have to pay 10 euros pp to use the sauna and they charge 5 euros pp if you want to swim in the river and need a towel.

Stayed here for 2 nights - with a location next to Bodensee Forum and across the road from the Shopping center and the river next to the hotel.

When I checked in the staff were very friendly and provided me with complimentary internet. The room was bright on Level 3 with a partial view of the river and no noise of the road traffic once the windows were closed.

The room was super clean with the TV remote wrapped in plastic. The bath was modern with toiletries from Ritual Brand.

I had the dinner at the restaurant - super fantastic food and the breakfast was served at the same restaurant the next morning. They have a fantastic bar where I had a late evening drink.

Would definately stay here if you have meeting at Bodensee Forum.

We booked the most expensive room, a studio, because in all the photos and room plans you get a view east from your bed towards the lake.
However, we were on the opposite corner, with a view dominated by a building and a road bridge. A little disappointing.
For the money I also would have expected a few more touches of luxury, like bubble bath for the bath tub, or more than one coffee pod per person for the Nespresso machine. (We did get more when we asked the lady delivering them.)
But the room was large and comfortable, and the hotel very friendly and in a great location.
Breakfast was great, in the restaurant overlooking the river. There is also an outside terrace and a cosy bar.
However, the only toilet for all these is a long way away, down some concrete stairs in the basement by the underground car park. Very odd to say the least.

This hotel comes up as "Pet Friendly" (travelling with a dog, so this was the main reason we picked this hotel). In fact just 3 rooms out of the 99 rooms are "Pet Friendly". If you are unfortunate enough to turn up and these rooms are not available, you have the pleasure of paying an extra €50 for a deep clean. The trick is they let you stay and will confirm the supplement the next day.

I spend the Valentine’s Day at this amazing hotel. I should start from the beginning. They have a parking lot with an elevator that goes straight in the lobby where you are welcomed by some really nice staff. They were friendly and helpful; give us the room right away. The room was clean; the design of the room also nice; the bad crazy comfortable (we had a superior room; I recommend that ) . The restaurant also nice; the personal very preoccupied with our well being ; organized and the foood .. well I can’t explain very good but it’s something that you have to try ! Overall the night was great I only had the problem that the smoking it’s not allowed or you get 200 ticket ; I had to go downstairs everytime; but I’m not mad. It was one of the best night I spend.

I visited this hotel for a meeting. I stayed there for a period of 3 days. Since the booking was made for 4 days so they were enough not considerate and collected money for all the 4 days.
Room was compact and small with no facility for tea/coffee kettle.
Location was good and beautiful.

This was my second time staying at this hotel and I found it practical and pleasant. The rooms are of a nice size and quiet (including quiet air conditioning). The bathrooms are rather utilitarian but fine. Everything was quite clean.

The hallways of the hotel are quite stark and a bit of a turn-off. Carpets are aging, paint is chipped off the walls, with vending machines like in a cheap motel.

Overall a good experience but not special.

Located in new area on nth side river. Easy to get to on bus from train station. 20 minute walk to city center (as long as you don’t get run over by an e- bike). Shopping center across street. Free bus pass for period of our stay was an unexpected and valuable extra. Business style hotel with nice decent sized rooms, AC, good breakfast. If it had mini-fridge and in room coffee this would be a 5 star. Staff very professional. They recommended renting a bike from Zweirad Wagenknecht where we got bikes for lovely ride on bike path from hotel to Insel Reichenau.

We have visited Konstanz many times and this was our first time staying overnight in this lovely town. The hotel is outside from the old time, but easy access by bus, even possible to walk from the train station. Many shopping places around and beautiful view of the river. We had oil massage and it was amazing. The hotel itself is clean and modern. We are basically satisfied with what we got.

Answer from Jill H

Public parking is available in the building next door, which has underground access by elevator to 47 Grad. I can't remember the cost, but as it's a different company it is at local commercial rates - not too expensive from memory.
