As people have commented it is a little outside of the main town but this suited us as we were driving and parking was important. We didn't find the walk hard at all and there are restaurants closer eg Constanzer Wirthaus which is just 1 km away and just over a 10 min walk. The rooms are big and comfortably...

The hotel is a good 30 minutes away from any restaurant by walking. For tired bikers looking for a quick access to bars and restaurants, the place is very disappointing. The staff suggested it was a 15 minute walk but it is at least double that to get to the Rhine shore where all the action takes place. Furthermore coming...

I was a little disappointed when we first arrived here. We paid over 600 euros for 4 nights for a double room- which is quite expensive although I understand it is peak season. It appears quite hostel like st first. However, the room we stayed in was huge! There is coffee and cake available downstairs all day and people in...

Stayed here one night while on a bicycle trip around Lake Constance. It's a nice hotel set in one of Constance's neighborhoods across the river and north of the Old Town. My studio-like room was in a nearby annex. No complaints. Roomy. If you like to walk or have a bike, it's fine, but it's location makes it a bit...

I loved this hotel, The rooms were large and comfortable and very clean .It was about 10 mins cycle into town in a quiet neighbourhood, with a supermarket and pharmacy just down the road. The ladies on reception were so polite, friendly and helpful. One of them even came out and adjusted my bike seat for me ,and was so...

Nice hotel, great-sized room with kitchenette. Clean and tidy with great breakfast. The helpful approach from the staff was very welcome. We arrived early and wet one day. The room was ready and we had free coffee and cake supplied. Also, an early departure was no problem and we were allowed to have an early breakfast and even received a...

Stayed with a cycling group. Interesting place if you read a bit about the building's history. It's situated a little out of the way but an easy walk to the central city or the trains. Great stop for bikers with even a bike store nearby. Underground locked storage for your bikes. Our room was huge. Way bigger than we needed...

The ABC hotel is situated in a residential area of Constance. The promenade of the river Rhine is in 10.15 minutes walking distance, the old town of Constance in 15-20 minutes. The location is quiet. The hotel is located in former military barrack of the French forces. On the same compound is a dormitory for students, but this did not...

We stayed here for four nights. The hotel is located in a building of the former french barracks. It is very quiet, the rooms (rather suites) are very spacious. Ours had a sleeping room with a huge and very comfy bed, a large living room with couch, desk and kitchenette, ideal if travelling with children. Nice and fuctional, clean bathroom,...

Huge & quiet rooms (with cooking facilities), good breakfast, walking distance to city centre, free parking, friendly staff, individual rooms. No restaurant, no elevator, no spa. However, very good for a short stay (3 nights) and definitely good value for money.
