Every other look you take in the room and hotel (apart from lobby) - you identify the need for renovation. Wifi didn't work - surprisingly - and hotel service seemed friendly but unprofessional. Probably a student covering the front desk - that's it. Extra kids bed would cost extra. Really? Booking.com offered the room as a sale. Still too expensive.

a decent hotel but not more than that. the room is OK but for the price it beieve it should be better. The people at the reception do not understand well english and does seems to not to try to gap the difference.

The lobby looked promising! But the rest of the hotel is really worn. Walls and floors really scratched up and scuffed. Bedsheets paper thin from millions of washes. My room faced the elevator shaft and I heard pigeons from 5am. If you get the room for 50€ or less maybe it's tolerable but I paid 110€!

From the photos of the hotel you get the impression that it is in a quiet area but unfortunately it backs onto one of the busiest roads into town. The front of the hotel faces a parking area with constant activity (businesses taking truck deliveries etc.) and there is a farmer’s market twice per week. The noise issues are compounded... More

Upon arrival at the hotel, we were told that there was no where to park our car at the hotel and we had to park in the municipal lot around the corner on St Stevens Platz. It was explained to me that it was 1 euro for 30 minutes and it as free from 8pm until 9am. Since we were... More

Stayed at the Graf Zeppelin and loved it, but I do wish I had known about the parking. After a day on the road juggling parking spots was not on my list of things to do. I did however get parked, and loved my stay at the Graf. The room was nice, I loved the breakfast, and everything was within... More

I visited the Hotel Graf Zeppelin with some friends in October 2015. It's a nice enough hotel but the room was quite small. Breakfast was an up charge. Staff friendly. Bar expensive. Great location though in the heart of Konstanz.

Is it me or it just looks from outside like a moroccan grave yard? The hotel only best asset is its nice staff (or at least the ones I have encountered).. Totally not worth 10% of the daily rate I paid. Breakfast is like an orphanage shelter breakfast. Internet is measured by "sche!sse" units - its just not working 90%... More

Dear Guest, we think it´s not fair to comment one of the most beautiful buildungs in Constance so badly. This comment is written with a very negative emotion. Avoid! Is cheap. Feels cheap. Treatment cheap. Adjacent rooms to another visitor connected by doors that can not be locked as it was a "fire door". Then management decided to offer these two rooms to non related visitors!!! When asked for private room I was moved to small smelly and non cozy room. Bedsheet was transparent and screechy without bed... More

There is its old world charm exterior and restaurant and there is its modern conveniences all kept very clean and working well. It is centrally located right in Niederburg (old town) where the lovely old architecture makes Konstanz special. There was a good spread of hot and cold food at breakfast in the lovely restaurant.
