Very friendly staff, very helpful in suggesting what to see, where to go. The town is lovely, and the hotel is in a perfect location. Our room was lovely, very comfortable. Breakfast was phenomenal, probably the best of our whole vacation (cost was not included in the room fee).

I don't stay to much on the hotel because the city is gorgeous but I can say that the hotel is nice and the rooms are clean and the staff are friendly and nice. Very good bed, after one night here I was very rested.

We stayed one night here during our visit to Bamberg. The gentleman at reception was extremely helpful with advice and directions. This hotel is well located, parking was easy and great for us after 2 weeks on the road, there was a laundromat across the road. There is provision for undercover parking but we left our car on the street,...

We have for many years stopped in Bayreuth when passing through Europe by car. This year we did change to Bamberg. What a pleasant surprise. Hotel Europe is very centrally located, have a large modern garage below, nice modern rooms, nice restaurant and not the least a terrific breakfast. I would like to rate the breakfast to one of the...

Decided by chance to stop off in B1amburg on way to Berlin. So pleased we did. The Europa is ideally situated near the centre of the city. Just step outside, walk over the bridge and you are there. Staff very friendly and helpful and, as you would expect, everything was clean and tidy. The only problem was finding the underground...

Husband and I were to stay for 2 nights but our plans changed suddenly. Michael at the desk was most helpful on the phone, assuring me he would waive the cancellation fee in the interest of good customer service. We very appreciative of his consideration. Room was small but comfortable and very clean and quiet. We looked over their cute...

All of the staff were VERY friendly and helpful. Easy to find and park the car. Nice sized room. Clean with lovely bathroom. Excellent breakfast with many choices. Son was especially pleased that they had sausages and bacon. For me, suffering from lymphodema, the mattress was too hard and my legs couldn't get comfortable - the pillows were a bit...

Very nice hotel. Family owned and operated. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good also. The location is great because it's very close to shopping, sightseeing, restaurants, bars. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Pros: Good location, wonderful staff, thoughtful details Cons: Not all rooms are the same, elevators don't reach all floors We stayed here for one night in December while we toured the Christmas markets in Germany. We chose this hotel due to it's TripAdvisor rating and its location, and I am happy to say that it did not disappoint. Our room...

We stayed for only one night. Rooms are clean and offer amenities like tooth paste or even deodorant for her and him (haven't seen this before). The Old Town is only 10 minutes walking distance. Two breweries (one of them is closed on Saturday evenings..) are located 300m down the street. Breakfast hours are from 6 to 10 (a little...
