This is a small historic hotel (over 200 years old) in an historic village. It is basic but very clean and comfortable with very friendly service. Excellent value for money. Free wifi. Free and safe on-street parking.

We stayed in the hotel opposite which is under the same ownership but breakfast & meals were taken in the Haus Sonnenschein the rooms were very nice & the food & service was excellent. The town itself is very quaint & you must make time for a wonder round the walled area & down to the castle.
