A wonderful hotel, full of modern art, great spa area, nice views, beautiful room and common areas. Breakfast on a Sunday morning was delicious and leisurely; dinner was spectacular. Service first class and super friendly.

I stayed here for two nights on a business trip in September. The hotel is pleasantly quaint. The staff is attentive. They have a restaurant and bar on site with breakfast available in the morning. I found the beds a bit uncomfortable, two twin beds pushed together and very, very soft. It must be noted this hotel does not have... More

Only stayed in the hotel for one night because of a work trip in the area. Had a very good night. The breakfast is very big with a lot to choose from. Also the bar in the entrance area is really good to have a drink in the evening. Sadly there was no AC in the room and I had... More

Assembled as a compound of different houses they managed to bring them harmonically together. The impression is romantic, high end but not spoiled and friendly. Breakfast good, the restaurant in the evening as excellent! Well done folks!

Nice welcome, comfortable room, good dinner, basic breakfast. The highlight was the private spa that we booked as part of a package with horizontal shower, really wonderful. Staff were very friendly and welcoming in hotel and spa and overall had a very enjoyable stay.

I stayed for a conference in Hagen which was a long way away by taxi so I couldn't enjoy the Neuhaus as much as I would have liked. I was in the new part and my room, well, I would say it was a suite actually, was absolutely stunning! Large living room with open fire, large balcony, separate spacious bedroom,... More

The room was very basic (room 54) however the hotel and its surrounding area as well as the staff were all lovely. I would recommend this to anyone visiting the area. Although one very small suggestion to the hotel owner would be to play background music at breakfast.

I was in this hotel at the beginning of the November. It is nice, with kind people. The breakfast is OK and it is composed in more units and where I was it is old building, so you have to pay attention while you walk because you create some noise. I couldn0t use unfortunately the sauna. Breakfast is OK and... More

Known as romantic or spa hotel. An old hotel, about 100 years old, but new build with modern accessories and rooms. With a very familiar and friendly team. Breakfast has a small buffet, but with high quality products. Really liked the fresh fish served on breakfast. Highlight is also the sauna, which is relative small but very private. Very modern...
