It's no wonder that the Hotel Villa Rosengarten gets such excellent reviews. The welcome is fantastic and they can't do enough for you. Our room was well appointed (including umbrella and rucksack!) and they even provide special pillows for people with neck/back problems. The breakfast - both in terms of range and quality - really sets you up for the...

The relatively new owners of this gorgeous bed and breakfast are already showing the professionalism and warmth of seasoned hosts. The building is a Victorian fantasy with a tower and high ceilings. Furnishings are beautiful antiques and fabrics are bright, colorful and richly detailed. The breakfast room is a big bright modern sunroom with large wooden beams. The entrance plantings...

Everything very much was pleasant to me in hotel. Silence, cosiness, friendly and benevolent personnel. Snow-white towels in a bathroom. There is a separate wish to write about a breakfast which is served on a verandah and, in good weather, it is possible to have breakfast in a garden. During a breakfast everything is very refined and tasty. It is...

What a delightful little hotel very close to the lake. All the rooms are named after roses and we had Reine Victoria which consisted of a lovely little balcony and a separate indoor balcony area and a gorgeous four poster bed which was unusually comfortable. Decor was lovely. I was too late for breakfast so when I asked for a...

Welcomed to the hotel by the owners as into their own home, was such a relief after we arrived rather later than planned. The next morning I opened the balcony doors to the sound of birds and a view of the Bodensee across the street. Not only is the inside of the hotel beautiful and tastefully furnished but it is...

We found this hotel by chance on our way to a holiday in Austria.. We liked it so much, that when we reached Austria we decided that there was no hotel to compare with it, so we came back from Austria and spent a week at this delightful place. The new owners had just taken over a few days before...

Our arrival at the hotel corresponded with the new owners' first day and what a great job they did in the week that we stayed there. The hotel is very well located, has private parking and a garage to store bicycles. The owners could not have been more helpful and our room (we chose one of the theme rooms) was...

Myself and a colleague (both from the travel industry) stayed here for a weekend at the end of August and absolutely loved it. The location is really fantastic, walking distance to the town and a stones throw away from the shores of Lake Constance. The owners were very friendly and made thoughtful and helpful recommendations on activities to do during...

We found this lovely hotel by chance and had a wonderful stay. This old villa has been very tastefully furnished......traditional meets modern. Every room looks different and has it's own character. The hosts are extremely charming and make you very welcome. Breakfast is first class and in summer you can enjoy it in the quiet garden. The location is great....
