This might be a good place for conventions but not for a private stay to relax. We were looking for good Spa places and a relaxing weekend. spa has been fully booked out even days in advance and the sauna area is much too small for a 500 room hotel. Interior design is a matter of taste but this one... More

The hotel is located in the city centre, on a quite street. Soghtseeings are reachable by foot, as well as the Trinkhalle and the concert halls. Rooms and bathrooms are very big and comfortable, also equipped for handicapped people. The breakfast buffet offers a wide range of products for every kind of taste. There are three restaurants and a bar... More

If you want a quiet place to relax and enjoy cleanness and good food this is the place to be. Downside of double room was having 2 separate single beds, but this is a general thing in Germany. If you can live with that is sure is worth a visit.

The hotel is beautiful and we had a great stay. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. They had answers to all of our questions, along with great suggestions. Our room was clean, however the bar combining the two beds stuck out. Other than that it was fine. We absolutely loved the pool area and the spa. We would... More

First appearance was that it was a silver town hotel with a lot of elderly. Before long we fit right in. The room was comfortable and the breakfast buffet was wonderful. The lobby staff was very friendly and understanding of our limited German. We loved the spa with pools and saunas. We are planning to come back to this beautiful... More

I have spent here 4 nights, room was clean and nice. I have had very comfortable bed and quite room. Our company booked this hotel for our international meeting so I did not have many opportunities to use wellness. In neighbourhood you can visit old town Bad Kissingen, parks, shops and restaurants. You can also taste local mineral water. Friendly... More

Travelling through Germany and having to stop for the night, we thought that a spa town would have a number of hotels, thus securing a room for the night. Even though it was 8.30 the night staff were already on, so no English spoken by anyone. After a good 20 minutes at the desk we were given our rooms. We... More

I stayed one night in this hotel. It looks nice when you get into the lobby but when you park your car you are followed by the attendant on a bicycle to make sure you park where you should park. The lobby is nice but what strikes you is that it's a 4 star hotel without air condition. Given that... More

Although there is a "welcome" in the key to your room, that will be the last English you will read or hear. All of the information in the rooms is in German, there is no channel in English, and at one point there were 4 clerks at the reception who had to go for a fifth one because none of... More
