I would not recommend this hotel. They could not find our reservation on arrival. Eventually we were offered 2 rooms on different floors, which meant we had to run up and down stairs. The rooms were dirty and had not been cleaned in months. Even when we asked for them be cleaned they were left as they were. One towel for a double room....really? Either German standards are dropping or management are not checking what their staff are doing. Try IBIS....its nicer and cheaper just across.

I’ve stayed here a few times in recent years as the Maritim and Sheraton at DUS offer convenience but not the VFM going off airport provides. But this will be the last occasion at PH. Reception staff were inconspicuous which in itself can be a good thing, but needing to track them down when required is not satisfactory. The most bizarre thing about this stay was the room cleaning. On 2 occasions half used soap and toiletries were taken and not replaced. And I take exception to a €2 coin being taken from the room - if I leave it when I check out it’s a tip, if it’s taken during my stay it’s, well, you know what it is. Little things, I know, but not now my go-to for DUS as the remainder of the experience doesn’t outweigh the inaccessible location.

I stayed at the Precise House Hotel for 3 nights on a business trip. I can highly commend the hotel for its cleanliness, friendly staff throughout the hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean & bright with plenty of windows. Beds are very comfortable. Food in the restaurant is excellent with good variety of options. Finally reception was incredibly helpful, professional & friendly at all times with all requests.
